Big thanks to Elina Loo for helping me pick out the perfect present for my mum today. It was simply adorable and my mum loves it! DJ rocks!

I usually enjoy a coffee at the barista bar in the food hall. But not this time it was filthy with dirty cups and plates right along the entire length of the bar with no one appearing to clear them. The barista responded to me in a surly way when I asked her what the largest size was. That’s when I should have walked off. The coffee was weak and watery. Disappointing.

Feeling pretty old and tired now, the food court used to be excellent, but ripped chairs and dirty bins make the place feel like it's really past its best.

Will no longer be stoking Asop! Since bought by Woolworths South Africa, I can see the loss of more of Australian products in DJ's.

There is never anyone there to help you. Every time I tried to buy something, it is harder to find the staff to take your money, than selecting the good yourself. I waited tonight, and picked up a phone at the checkout desk, and was told someone will come, but still no one. Next time, just take the stuff and go. Nobody cares.

Very poor service. Wanted to buy a pair of business shoes but was repeatedly ignored by the two sales staff. Pity caused I have had great experiences at this David Jones previously.

My favourite place to go. I visit on every weekend. You can find almost every high-end brand there. Best prices with all new stuff.
