First visit to the shop. It's like house of fraser. All the designer clothing lines that you require. Moderate prices but a varied choice.

Appalling service at Mac at David Jones today. Only visit there since I couldn't find a particular lip colour. Woman from Georgio Armani came in said I'm not working for Mac and very dispispleased to assist me. With so much hesitation did the till for me. If you don't want to work in customer service please stay home. Unfortunately you are not at all fit to work in such a setting. Will never visit it again.

Went in on Sunday with my wife. I'm torn as to what and who to review here. The staff were one extreme to the other in the woman's floor. Some just completely ignore you and others are lovely. Not a huge variety in woman's clothing either.

Crappily packed Christmas decorations. Some broken, some missing pieces that werent even fallen off within the packaging so no quality control on what was sent.

Had a terrible experience with a nasty lady, she had white blond hair and black framed glasses. Came in to get a summer dress when i asked for sizing didn’t even acknowledge me. I hope the company gets better service in the future.

What a shambles. Wanted to buy a bag from Michael Kors. Seemed simple enough. But had to queue for one staff member (who was also training a trainee). Got to the front of queue and then she says oh let me check if we have a new one for you. Yes she does and dissapears for 10 minutes to another location to find a new bag. Finally she arrives back, and then tells us we have to go to another counter to queue up and pay. Really inefficient, time consuming. At least my wife likes the bag.

I seem to avoid the perfume department because of the smells, But yesterday, I jumped right in. I was helped by staff that were nice, calm professional and natural, this was Sarah Jane, Chris and Emma.

Great experience shopping here. Good old fashioned customer service staff can't do enough for you. I will be back.

Overpriced dark and gloomy stores.
Need to revamp and update.
Doorman at the Perth store was intimidating.
Not friendly and made you feel uncomfortable.

We bought a large doll house, too heavy to carry out on our own, the girls organised a store trolley, took us down the elevator and across the street to taxi rank.what excellent service

Wonderful place with cosmetics retailers on ground floor attracting many Perth city goers, huge building and many branded garment retailers inside to suit your needs.
Safe place for kids and adults.

Visited the RM store.
Impressive customer service and was very helpful and patient with the purchase process.

Clean. Staff are good. Actually has vegan options.no, for real. But the food area is lacking those choices. Prices vary.

One for the customer toilets, replicate that of a public park. Filthy, seems couldn't afford to provide taps in the gents or hand soap or even sanitiser. Disguising given nothing is cheap in store yet the attitude of the company towards hygiene. Only disabled facilities out of order and recommended to use another store.

Great service from Giorgio Armani make up consultant. Lovely store layout. Disappointingly service from the Sports label department- very unfriendly.

The people who work at David Jones are the sweetest- always super friendly and helpful.you will get best quality products at affordable prices with amazing service.

Liz, your virtual assistant, is absolutely terrible, couldn't understand anything i asked for and i don't speak with an accent. Stop cutting corners or you will loose more business

I have always liked David Jones in Perth. The staff are helpful and friendly. However, I am disappointed that there is no food hall anymore as I thought that was the most enticing aspect of it. I also think some attention to repairing or replacing flooring would make it more attractive overall. I feel that a revival of the food offerings and repairs would make it the store it should be for a capital city.
