We have come to wa from QLD, it doesn't matter what store you are in, there is always a friendly smile, an offer of help. Love Dan's, won't get my booze anywhere else)

First great choice in the place.
Second helpful staff when you can find someone,
Third they really do give the best prices and willing to match anyone else. Way cheaper then Duty free.
Forth overall good place to shop for booze.
Loss of a security at the front are agressive looking and intimidating, it’s not a night club.

Good service, fella got me to what I was after (Pinot noir) and spent a good 5 mins chatting about the different ones. Came away with 2 nice bottles. Cool and the gang.

Every time I’ve been in they have checked my Id at the door and when I’m paying, the girl at the counter watched the security guards take my ID then proceeded to check again 2 minutes later when I paid for my alcohol, this is such poor customer service making your customers feel like they can’t be trusted, one check would suffice.

I was visiting Perth for a week from Vanuatu, the cashier wouldnt accept my ID because my drivers license is not australian.

Standard Dan's, huge offering and cheap prices for the mainstream beers and wines. As per usual with larger stores there is less personal service and specific product knowledge - you pay for what you get and nothing more.

Great food and the perfect size for friendly local pub. Dan Murphys right next door is very convenient!

It's a wonderful alcohol emporium of all different types, styles and varieties. Excellent prices and good hours. Go there!

I thought this place excelled in service, no task was too big or small. The staff knew the products they sold with great knowledge of even the most unusual requests. They were only too pleased to help carry anything to your car and pack it safely for a long drive.

Although the staff member that served me at the checkout was clearly inexperienced; he was very friendly. Well set out store with variety of beer, wines, scotch, whiskey and some rare (and expensive but deservedly so!) alcohols from around the world.

So Dan's has a huge range, but you need to pick and choose you make sure you're not getting burnt on the prices. They have good specials, but the normal price in their spirits is not amazing.

Excellent variety of soft and hard liquor options. Plenty to choose from. Happy to come back. Security guards were quite helpful and polite.
