Very efficient click and collect service. I live far so do click and collect mostly from here.

Tonight getting some drinks, the guy at the counter was quite rude, chewing gum as he gave attitude for just asking if they had an item in stock - quite short and with tone said “you need to speak with the guy in the pink shirt”
This guy didn’t look like he worked at the store - otherwise I would’ve asked them.

Honestly poor customer service when I’ve never been to this place before and I don’t think I’d want to come back

Dropped by on Saturday morning.
Staff were helpful with my awkward request for a specific red wine. The lady that served me at checkout was absolutely cheerful despite having to work on a weekend.

Great wine & cheese master-class next door at the Hydey with Tony & Terry from Dan Murphy's Hyde Park. Fantastic wines with matching food that was well worth the price of the ticket and two informative host's that knew what they were talking about. 10/10 gents and look forward to the next one.

The security staff was very rude, asked for an ID and said it has to be Australian or else need passport. Bro! Who carries passport when they go for just casual shopping even though international license clearly shows DOB And also gave me lectures about the use of ID and all. I know its your job to ask for ID but focus on yourself to know the customers.

Massive store with just about anything you needed. Just remember to scan your card for the member discounts.

Dan Murphy stores are always quite consistent, which is a good thing. The Hyde Park store is no different. Seems to usually be a decent stock of sale items and I have never had any issues with the service. Parking can be a bit hectic at peak times but is manageable.

One does not expect to go to a liqueur store for an experience. But that is just what happened. We had questions about wine and whiskey we wished to purchase. We were greeted by a lovely lady who assisted us through the entire process which included tastings. Bonus was signing up and receiving a pleasant discount.

Lack of competitiveness, most of the beer is way over priced and they lack adequate specials compared to my local liquor store, very overrated.

Great, first time trying the clicks and collect and getting it delivered to the car. Very minimal wait time after clicking that I had arrived. Just showed my ID and it was delivered to inside my car. Too easy.

Great variety then other stores, and prices are great. A place to visit and talk with staff if finding it hard to choose what to get, normally they approach you asking if you need any assistance. Great place.

Absolutely amazing customer service. After spending the last 24 hours hunting down some little creatures cider (visited 3 stores, had a previous online order cancelled), I placed an online order in the hopes that the Hyde Park store still had stock. Received a call 45 minutes later saying they don't have any, but are willing to search other stores SOR. They pulled through! I rocked up this morning and my cider was there.didn't catch the guys name, but I managed to say thanks before I left. I truly hope the store manager rewards this bloke somehow - he was the guy working behind the pickup section, packing orders at 9am. Feel free to give me a buzz if you want to confirm who it was - he needs to be thanked! My partner and I are so grateful - we can now enjoy our favourite cider while we have a quiet one this NYE. Cheers Dan Murphys!

Lovely and polite workers and a great and wide variety to pick from. Most Dan Murphys are small and don't have as much but this one is quite big and has a huge variety. The guard was a little rude but everyone else was lovely. I bought a box pack of cruisers with 2 of each one.

Asked for some help and apologised for disturbing what she was doing and was ignored and scoffed at. Not the first time I’ve had a disappointing interaction with the staff there.

Social distancing, it seems they have never heard of it, staff wandering around aimlessly and not observing distancing, trolleys blocking aisles, poor presentation of the wines, LIFT YOUR GAME

Delivery system is a shambles, took my money on May 11th, won't respond to email requests other than standard we have received your email and won't put the money back in my account. Long time customer now very unhappy.
