Large bottle shop with low staff levels.

Pricing was "interesting". Came across a 1 litre bottle of Aperol that was more expensive by the litre than a 700 ml one. Staff could not explain why, other than to wave their hands around and vaguely refer to other specials.

Unexpectedly they did have a price matching policy, so that was nice.

Parking is tight with a pretty high volume of traffic.

A huge range of almost every type of alcoholic beverage you could want. Sadly the wine vintages advertised on the website and allegedly available are typically absent in the store. Don't plan a wine list based on the website - you need to go in and see what they have.

Also, there is very little wine to be had with any true age on it. If you like anything older than 2017 you'll likely be disappointed.

All I can say is go to the Dan Murphy's in CANNINGTON it's worth the drive to talk to knowledgeable staff such as Wendy and Angela.

Going to Dan Murphy's Hyde park for the last 2 years and their service was great but today experience was really negative.
There was a team member called Beck who was rude, unprofessional and very racist.

Supposedly your cheapest and widest selection in the northern inner city suburbs. Easy to park and next the Hyde Park hotel so you have some crossover of customers and patrons

Rude staff every time.whenever I go there for pickup the order they treat me very rudely and there behaviour is very aggressive. & they said they are number one in WA. I think they don’t even exist in numbers. & they are ZERO in RESPECT.they treat drivers like they are not human beings.very disappointed.

My mother asked me to leave a review because she was so impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of Nathan who helped her choose an Elderberry liqueur:)

Store is great, even has some stock I haven't seen at other dan Murphy's stores. But parking is often a problem here, being that it shares parks with the Hyde Park hotel next door.

Recently purchased drinks for my wedding, the level of service and professionalism was unmatched by any other liquor merchant in Perth.

Would highly recommend you buy your drinks from here if your organising an event.

Staff don't know anything - if you ask for help all you get is pointed to different sections. Beer is warm (fridges aren't cold enough) Most of the stuff on their website are not even available in stores and they try and get you to buy Woolworths owned brands.

Outstanding store great staff. In 5 min got asked by 5 staff if we needed assistance but not pushy or overbearing.

I'm a regular customer, was refused entry due to my drivers license being expired by one week. Bouncer demanded to see a proof/receipt that license has been renewed and refused to accept my Working with Children card even though it is a photo id.

Tired of this service by their bouncers as I get targeted every single time and once had my id checked 3 times in ONE visit. On entry, when I tried to get assistance and at check out.

Clean, organised with friendly service and staff around. Since this is also my nearest DM I am happy that things are as they’re. Parking is plentiful.

This place has EVERYTHING, price is generally good, I like wine and they carry a very good range of nice reds.

Excellent collection and usually the lowest prices on pretty much everything.

The staff - they're very warm and helpful people. I've gotten great recommendations and help whenever I've asked. Also have plenty of parking which is also important for me.

Plenty of parking, friendly staff and really good experts to ask.it is my place to go always after trying it for a few a times.
