Finally I got my police clearance the next morning, its actually easy to do it, the problem is only when downloading the ID documents its too complicated it won't let me to select any documents I wanted to download, I keep trying in the end, I got it then another error received by email, so I rang the company and spoke with Eduardo who checked and fixed the error.the cost for this service also cheaper, thanks to Eduardo.

Its taken 2 weeks to try and get a Police Clearance and we have not heard back. Called 4 times and don't get return calls, or they cannot help and after this they wont give a refund. We have spent upwards of 4 hours trying to get a Police Clearance. Not good enough!

Poor customer service by Esther and the team. Disappointing as I found their product/service to be quite good! Nothing they can't improve on, but they don't seem to be willing to.

Thumds down.we have been waiting for the results coming to 3 weeks now. It is ridiculous! Can't reply to emails which is again useless. Week after week different excuses. Can you process a refund as soon as possible? This is costing me my job and you are no help at all. I would NOT highly recommend you at all.
