DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I paid my $49.90 and lodged all the relevant information and have been waiting 21 days to receive back my Police Check so I can start my new job in the Aged Care sector. I keep receiving constant emails advising they are 'manually checking my record'. Cannot wait any longer or I will be unable to start my job LODGED AN APPLICATION for a Police Check with AUSTRALIA POST at a cost of $52 and had my verified police check back WITHIN TWO HOURS

My police check took 27 days to complete with little explanation during the delay.
This check held up the ability to start my new role and added to the stress of changing jobs.
Staff were great to deal with when I contacted them, but I was the one who needed to escalate with them. I feel CV Check should have escalated my case sooner.

I will not use CV Check again and instead go directly to the Police to complete through them next time.

32 days and still not received Police Clearance. I would have obtained it a lot earlier on my own through the standard procedure.
Never go through a middle man.

I would not recommend to use their service. Took longer and is more expensive than competitor veritascheck.co.nz. I ordered “criminal record and traffic”. It’s misleading, I only got criminal record and no traffic infringement record. You pay more money to get traffic record. I emailed them about this and to this day still receive no reply. DO NOT USE these guys

The check that I had done wasn't accepted by the govt dept that wanted it and even though I wrote to cvcheck twice I had no reply

Good day! It took a fews days but they got me my police clearance updated, thank you guys cause i got the best paid job of my carrer highly recommand it and staff were very friendly! Top class!

Poor experience all round, took 2 weeks for my documents to be accept harder for a NZ to supply the document options. 18th of Feb I started the process in getting a police clearance its now the 21 of April and I am yet to receive it. Horrible conversation on the phone when I called, 0 information was provided all that she could do was send an email to escalate my clearance. Have sent 2 through 2 email contact me things got 0 zero response.extremely disappointing will never use this again. All emails are generic about delays.

Used this service at the recommendation of my agency. They placed a condition of having to be supervised when around children. When I rang to ask about this the female who answered was rude and informed me it was completely my fault and I should be more careful to tick a box if I didn't want conditions on there and it would cost another $50 to get a new one. Recommend going through the police instead

Garbage, and poor. Pump out generic emails for delays, and won't escalate because it potentially involves actually doing something for the "service" they require payment for before even starting. Even the initial online help got shut down, because the consultant was at the end of her shift, and was NOT hanging around to actually do something. Woeful

This is the third time I've used this "service". Annoyingly, i have to supply the same information each time. I've already supplied itpreviously, and have an account.
Upon payment you will receive an email telling you there is a delay. I haven't received any updates on the process as CVCheck don't know or care. It's much faster and cheaper to simply go through the federal police and cut out the unnecessary middleman.

CVCheck is a great service. Very quick with the processing and I have used this service for years now. Only in January 2021 I found that CVCheck also have referee checks for employers. I didn't know that existed and employers can request reference checks via this site. Great service.

It was very easy to submit all of the documents, and I got my results very quickly. All for a very affordable fee.

Terrible experience, delays and then no answers even when escalated. Very disappointing. Still waiting 4 weeks on! I have no record!

Whilst the ID upload is definitely not straightforward, my experience was improved by Cecilia, a very patient customer service officer. To ensure that there is no confusion with the ID uploading process I sincerely suggest at least explaining that you first select all the ID types before being led to the actual documents uploading page! Otherwise, overally impressed, my NPC took seconds to be delivered haahahaha! Happy customer!:)

Definately not a company I would recommend. I applied for a national police clearance and have been waiting coming on 3 weeks now. I needed a police clearance to start a new job. And as a result of the delay i missed out on the position, this was 3 weeks ago and i still have yet to recieve my clearance. I keep getting automated emails extending the waiting time by 5 days each time. I rang to complain and was told the delay was because the police had to manually cross reference my check as my name matched another similar case file. I dont see how that's possible when i have a unique dutch last name, and i have no criminal convictions, only fines for driving offenses which im paying off. All i kept hearing were excuses. Very unsatisfied customer.
