Crown Towers Perth reviews
77Excellent service and a beautiful room. The Crystal Room staff really made our stay super enjoyable. A big thanks to Matteo and Venice in the Crystal Room for great attention to detail, good humour and professional service. I would recommend here for a completely relaxing, stress free getaway.
Crown is exceptional and if you like luxury this is the place to be. The prices for the rooms are not for everyone but I enjoyed driving up for the lamborghini breakfast at Epicurean.
If you are a gambler it would be good. We went for a.meal and night out (anniversary). Line for restaurants was huge. Went elsewhere
Ipad in the room didnt work or charge. We were told they were coming up a certain times.
Times were miles out and woke me up twice.
Had a wonderful time. Exceptional customer service everywhere. Great room, amazing food. Can't be faulted. Thank you!
As long as there's still covid and you're not from Western Australia. I suggest you book with other hotels. It doesn't matter whether you did the protocols and followed directives that were given at the time (isolated for a negative covid swab upon entry, g2g pass, have not been on the exposure sites, vaccinated).
Crown basically kicked us out on our second night. The hotel refused to accommodate us and told us to look for another place to stay for the night. It was an extremely stressful experience and I hope no one else has to be in the same position especially after your birthday. We already spent a night and ate at the restaurant. I'm all for protecting everyone and all, but if I only knew about this I would've booked elsewhere. It was horrible. We had to pack up everything, book another hotel, cancel plans. It was very upsetting to say the least.
We appreciate the other hotels that accepted NSW residents. They required a negative covid result and were very helpful also after knowing about the rough night we had.
Had a crown gift card and asked at reception if I could use it for room service, they said I could use it for anything besides gaming. I used room service for dinner and was told that I couldn’t use the gift card so I had to pay using my bank card. Not very happy. If the staff member knew what she was talking about I would of never ordered room service. The bar fridge in the room isn’t even cold.
Very dissapointed! The room was lovely. The food was lovely. Dissapointed with the care and wellbeing of guests from management. In January I spent 3 night with family at Crown Towers Perth. On the first morning by the pool a faulty pool chair that needed repair collapsed on my finger fracturing it in three places. I was in excruciating pain for the rest of my stay and could not enjoy my family's time who had come from over east to see me. I could not feed myself any many other things without the assistance of my husband. I spent the first day in hospital. My husband and I met with a kind manager, I stated that I we would like to come back for our anniversary and that if we could please be complimented with 3 free nights accommodation to make up for my finger fractured in 3 places. She said she would fight to get us a free nights stay. We got given a card to contact management higher up. I contacted management asking if we could please be complimented 3 nights to make up for the loss of enjoyment experiance of our stay. I recieved a email back informing me that we would have to spend more money to recieve any compliment. The compliment was that if we spent money and rooked again we wpuld get a room upgrade and free vale parking. I am very dissapointed and disgusted of the care and wellbeing of hotel guests recieved from top management.
Amazing stay, amazing view, amazing room, amazing vibe. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the pool was closed and we weren't allowed to use the pool next door
Beutiful view of the city, pool, river, stadium and the bridge. Awesome breakfast at epicurean and pool facility was world class.
Check in was too slow, staff was very good.some visble stains on bedsheets, housekeeping took 3 hrs to send someone. Overall great staycation. Cheers
Still waiting for a refund after paying 395 for a sub standard enclave cabana experience. Broken TV and Fan (it was 38 degrees). Lack of staff meant service was sparse and guests were smoking and one male guest flashed their privates. Terrible experience, complained to crown and was promised a 50% refund.nothing. Overall hotel nice but not great, if you want relaxation Crown may not be for you.
Disappointing. We booked an Executive Suite for the first night of our honeymoon making the trip over from Sydney, excited for a bit of luxury and top service. We made it clear in our booking and in a subsequent email that it was our honeymoon, but it didn't seem to matter. The check in process at the Crystal Club took over an hour. When we finally were given our keys, they hadn't been programmed and we had to go back downstairs to Concierge for help. When we finally got into our room, we didn't have the sweeping views as advertised, but looked out onto the backs of buildings.
The absolute saving grace was Mark from Concierge who looked after us to get the keys fixed and showed us around, and personally brought champagne and chocolates - really kind and thoughtful. If it weren't for him we would have been asking for a refund and staying elsewhere!
No free parking at the crown towers itself, costs $55 or you need to walk from crown car park. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable as you expect all hotel rooms to be. BUT no view from window and didn't think it was worth $400.
The crown complex is great with nice bars, restaurants and entertainment, however there are plenty of reasonably priced hotels just as nice which are close by with city views.
Crown towers 5/10 average
Pretty hotel.
Mandatory Valet parking service.
$55 Valet parking or a 15 minute walk.
Ensure they don't park your car in the sun.
They park and retrieve nice new cars first.
Apparently a $100k landrover discovery isn't worthy of parking in the shade.
Effectively a $55 parking fee.
Visited The Epicurean with friends for Christmas celebrations. It had every type of food you could possibly wish for. A bit disappointed with the salads, tried them and they were not particularly great. But lots of other things to choose from. Interesting experience, quite impressive.
Had an absolutely amazing time here. Great customer service and attention to detail. Thoroughly recommended for a deluxe experience!
Amazing. Probably the best hotel I've stayed in. Glad we spent the extra $.
Great views, pool was amazing, service outstanding & decor/room finishes sparing nothing for a perfect finish.
Will definitely be back!
Crown Towers, Perth has developed well in just 4 years. I visited this place 4 years ago and found a sea change. In 4 years, the Casino and hotel have grown in repute and grandeur. The whole complex is beautifully designed. The decorations are superb.
One can reach Crown Towers by train, nearest railway station being Burswood.
Plenty of car parking slots are available
One can even park car for free for even 24 hours.
Stayed for a XMAS stay over and had the cabana for thr day! Would reccomend the private cabanas however be prepared for no shade after 12pm
Absolutely incredible and faultless experience. Not only is the building so striking and beautiful, the experience from check-in to check-out is remarkable. The food at Epicurean is heaven! A must try. The rooms are spacious with state of the art technology. Loved it all! Thank you!
