Crown Towers Perth

Very expensive for what it is. No complimentary water and only sachet coffee for $450+ a night. Plus if u do t have a credit card they want a $500 bond! So if ur booking here be sure to bring your cheque book! Other hotels in Perth are much better value.

Always an exciting place to go for a little staycation, our family has loved staying here during the pandemic. The pool is fantastic, great restaurants (Nobu especially) and bars, all within close proximity to lovely, modern, clean rooms with spectacular city views. We love staying at Crown.

Room and pool service was outstanding. Got a phone call at 7: 30pm at dinner to say our room key needed to be recoded. After dinner went to reception and was told we now have to pay a $3000 deposit for our room after being here for 3 days. We extended our room by 1 day. Was not told at the time of booking the room, was not told when we collected our keys after being at reception 3 times but was told at 9pm at night after a romantic dinner that if we did not pay the deposit they would not let us enter our room. Totally spoilt our experience. Mohammed the night manager was rude and kept talking over me and nearly had me in tears. He should be ashamed of the service he provided me and my husband.

We arrived at around 4pm Friday 8 October for our Anniversary celebrations to find our room not ready, as far as I'm concerned when you are paying $500 a night and check in is from 3pm this was just not good enough. They did offer us a free drink in the bar but was only house beer or wine so we passed. After waiting just over half hour and no text message to say our room was ready I went back to the desk to ask, the concierge phoned house keeping to check and was advised that they still had to replace items in the room which they did once we had actually got up there, so what was supposed to be 3pm check in actually turned out to be 5pm, lucky we were not there at 3 as it would have been a 2 hour wait instead of 1 hour. Well dont think much of this service considering you are charged $500 a night and then another $55 form valet parking. This is supposed to be 5 star well the service definately wasn't on this night. Poor performance

We got our first drink 1 hr after ordering
I am happy I dident book a room at 500 a night so I could drink
Made a record in lows for a xmas party
I'm happy I wasent paying for it
Would not go agen
Can go get Chinese at the local
And get a carton and have a better time
I guess its ok if you don't expect much

750 a night for the king deluxe room on the third level that looked straight onto roofs and aircon units of adjoining buildings. We were expecting something half decent for the price, Crown website states deluxe king rooms ‘have picturesque views of Darling Scarp’. We let the reception know we were unhappy with the room outlook, they didn’t care and said we should have paid more for a different room. Very disappointing, will not return. Plenty of other 5 star hotels in Perth who care about their guests and have rooms that match description advertised on their website.

The Crown Towers is a wonderful place to visit for either a drink, a meal or both. Never disappointed.

Beautiful Set up, Awesome Atmosphere

Stayed in crown tower for one night in studio room was very comfy and the service was great.
But there is no parking near crown tower we had to park where near the casino and took us about 10mins to walk to the crown tower reception with our luggage.
The reception had informed us there is valet parking option, but $55 for one night.

Stayed there on 24 Oct. A bit dissapointed that the hotel did not recognise your birthday despite I have told them. Not even a card left in the room, though booked through Frontier Hotels and had a room upgrade with nice view. Room was nice and big. Bath was great. Also through Frontier I got Aqua retreat access (steam room/vitality pool access), steam was big and nice, vitality pool would be warmer, it is lukewarm and not enjoyable at all.

Breakfast at epicurean was great! Only had to queue 40 mins if you come at 8.45am so come earlier if you can.

The pool was not warm enough and whilst it is beautiful, its just tiered pool, extra play area for the kids or waves would make it more interesting. Pool staff Valery needs training as she was adamant we couldn't request our poolside order to be sent up to our room (as our child was tired hence had to go back to the room), luckily another team member came and told her it is fine.

Bit disappointed this time around. They struggled for the two days we were in the hotel even knowing which room we were in.

Told us we would be in one room number but placed us in another with a terrible view looking at vents.

They moved us which was nice.

Got an email from head office saying I was a no show and they will be charging my card.

Also saying they will only hold the second night if we arrived by 6pm on the 2nd night.

They then wanted to charge me another $1000 for a room we never even stepped foot in along with charges for the bar that we didn’t consume.

Kinda threw me off dealing with this over 2 days it seems the check in process is garbage.

Seems they don’t really care, not offered anything as compensation for the constant confusing which is quite sad for as a regular member and visitor to the casino and towers.

Best service. Even though we are here for 1 night after getting married, the staff make us feel like the king and Queen. Service, friendliness and cleanliness is immaculate.

They also took the time to put us in a room with a better view. The room is AMAZING!

Everything about this hotel is beautiful and the staff are impeccable. My only complaint would be that rooms were not made up during the day, they were done early next evening the two full days we were there. Also we had noisy, screaming unaccompanied kids running up and down the corridor on last day when we were trying to relax. I guess that comes down to lazy parents, and not the hotel’s fault. $16.95 to rent an old movie is a bit extreme. Love the gourmet choccies brought to your room each evening. Stunning city views.

Good place to book a room but about expensive, they could look at dropping there high prices that's my only concern

If you go east you actually get machine service coffee tea hot chocolate. Water soft drink. Here we get nothing and macho.rd never pay.

Very dissappointed with the value for money at Crown Towers. $700 for 1 night and we had to wait in line 20mins to check in. The valet parking was not really valet parking. Again another line to hand over the parking pass and then another wait for the car to be bought around. No complimentary water in the room. No access to the Crystal Lounge. Our deluxe room which was not the cheapest option got us a view of the swamp and adjacent apartments. Not worth the money at all. This wouldn't happen at any other 5 star hotel. On a high note, buffet breakfast was excellent.will go there again.

I promise to take my grandchildren to the Atrium so that they could experience the that one get, When you there for a meal whether it's breakfast, lunch or dinner. I chose dinner for my birthday. My grandchildren are happily surprised and amazed of the whole lay out. They said it was mind boggling. Mum, brother, sister in law, their three children and my daughter were also with me - my shout. A great night was had by all. Thank you to the excellent service given by all their staff. It is the occasion that I wanted my grandchildren to experience, enjoy and remember. Great hotel and an even better business. Stayed in a studio room. Spacious, good view, highly technological room (p-pad controlled), $20 hire-able movies. Compared the Ritz-Carlton this review must be 4 stars

Absolute best place to stay. Breakfast is awesome and pool are is good too. Close to Perth which makes it a great city stay.

Great accommodation and breakfast is one of the best. Good pool area as well. Package deals offer the best value and are readily available most times of the year.
