Crown Metropol Perth

Booked the suite, $650/night. Average. Room service for more toiletries took 40min and 3 calls. Room not cleaned properly. Side tables had drink marks all over them, bed head upholstery was flaky and dirt marks on wall. Yuk! Poor for an expensive suite.

Very good, stay 3nights, the housekeeping cleaned our room everyday very hard work &they are friendly. The breakfast is wonderful, a Asian waiter is very nice &lovely. Definitely will back to this place again.

5 stars for the duty manager who helped us get out of our second night stay so we could go stay at the towers.
First on arrival our pool view room had been booked as a carpark view room and there were no spare pool view rooms so off to the carpark view we go, usually wouldn't be a problem but with kids it's the small things.
Next we go to pool area where they have decided to not man the bar area, you have to all use the 1 covid friendly phone to order overpriced drinks which get delivered at a leisurely pace back to the bar where you order not to your pool seat. Also the kids water slides and outdoor plunge area are all closed off for maintenance. If this was explained when making the booking I would of booked elsewhere. Yes it's been out for a while.
Then we had some 1am door knocker and door alarm ringers waking us up. No security in sight. Moved to towers for second night thanks to a very helpful duty manager. 5 stars for towers.

Haven't even checked in yet been waiting 30mins. What a joke bunch of faux luxury when you can't even provide the very basic service. Change the process or staff. What an embarresment

Just so overpriced for what it is. Dated, very tired rooms, ripped carpet average service and the unbelievable amount of second hand smoke from the pearl room every time you go into the lift foyer. Its 2021 how is it that anyone is smoking in a public place let alone inside a hotel!? The staff didnt know where we could go for breakfast after 10am. No amenities in the room, no free water no toothbrushes etc not even a pen and paper. How was the standard room $600 per night? If youre considering staying here go to the towers or ritz carlton for about the same price.

Always good at the Crown. Good drink prices at the sports bar. Would like to see a few better give away at random like promo people tapping ya on Shoulder with vouchers or prize

Was a nice room however a $500 deposit for a $280 room is a bit much.

Could also do with some touch ups around the place and more entertainment down stairs.
Also found the pool closed when it wasn’t that late so a bit of a shame.
Also not sure why they wouldn’t pre warn ppl about the pearl area as had no idea what the area walked to and felt bad when asked what we are doing when we didn’t know what the corridor was going.
When checking out the little side area felt like a small bad area when waiting for the mini fridge to be checked….
Over all was a nice stay However some adjustments need to be taken

The staff are wonderful, friendly and very professional. They made us feel welcomed even after coming from Victoria with its Covid-19 issues

I was lucky enough to stay on the 10th floor. The views were incredible morning and night! The pools were lovely for a swim too.
The room was a good size, very open and spacious. The bathroom was really modern and nice. Comfortable bed, good locations for power outlets and light switches.
I enjoyed my stay at Crown Metropol.

We had lunch at Nobu Restaurant for the first time, and cannot speak highly enough of the staff who served us. They explained the food on the menu & were very attentive! Will definitely be going back

Family took their mother there to celebrate Mothers Day. Perfect dining location, overlooking the pool. Everyone had a beautiful card that permitted them to choose a half lobster. Food selection was incredible. Everyone enjoyed. And we enjoyed valet parking to top of this experience.

Stay was OK but must say for a hotel of this level and at 95% capacity the DAY SPA should be open 7 days a week (not 5) and you should be able to book a treatment without being told it’s a 2 week wait time before getting in. If I added up what I was was prepared to spend on the treatments I wanted it was $700.then there was the treatment I got from the Rolex shop. I’m on the hunt for a particular watch and the lady was not at all interested in helping me. SERIOUSLY what is wrong with people.

Wow! So excited to come back! Booked this place for a wonderful rate at ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ. ᴄᴏᴍ I like this hotel and I'm so happy I stayed at my favorite place cheaper than what I generally pay.

Wow. Get the special hotel stay deal. Great value and be treated like royalty. Fantastic food and entertainment options something for everyone.

I have booked Crown Metropol to celebrate my 40th birthday with my husband and daughter. I had booked Towers, as price was similar during week, but because the weather we changed to Metropol because the indoor pool. What was our surprise that on arrival the reception said the indoor pool was on maintenance and we could enjoy just tomorrow morning. We have asked for a late check out as we werent able to use the pool today and would like to enjoy tomorrow. They apologized, said that they know we are frequent members and maybe in another stay they could give us an upgrade. Sorry Metropol but my birthday is today not in another day. We have choose you just because the indoor pool. I know problems happens but at least a good consumer service would be very much appreciated. Very disappointed, we have asked for staying 1 hour more and you have rejected. How bad you treat your customers. No, we want stay in another day. Thanks for not give me a good memory in my birthday.

Had stayed at Metropol for the weekend and service was alright to say the least. Had headed down to Metropol pool for the couple of days we were there and had been served with stellar service by supervisions named Bernadette and Jason. Absolutely grateful for all the amazing service they had provided me and my family with and couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you to the both of you for making our time by the very busy pool so delightful and comfortable. I have mentioned your amazing service to all my family and friends and we all look forward to coming back to such brilliant service. Definitely made our stay worth while! I always love staying here. The staff are amazing. The feeling of comfort and luxury in the rooms is wonderful.
