I’ve been going to Cosmetique for almost a year now to get IPL treatment and have been left disappointed in the services and subsequent poor customer support following complaint.
I have paid for 12 sessions in total. It’s advertised on the website you should need 4-8 sessions of IPL to get 95% hair reduction. I originally paid for 9 believing this would suffice. At about my 8th session I was asked for the first time if I wanted the IPL machine to be turned up- later finding out this should have been asked at every appointment to get the best results. I purchased a further 3 sessions (12 total) as I still didn’t have sufficient hair reduction as advertised. I contacted customer support about this and was contacted by Mel the following business day (30/10/19). I missed this call as I was at work in the afternoon however returned the call the next morning- I was told Mel is busy with a client but a message would be left for her to call me back. I contacted Mel again via email at the end of the day about the call as I’d received no response and said I would try again the following day-I received a reply in agreement. I called again the next day (1/11/19) with the same response that Mel was busy and a message would be passed on- once again not receiving a subsequent call. I emailed on the 2/11/19 to reiterate I had called again and received no response. I waited, then emailed again stating I was still waiting for a response on the 14/11/19. On the 14th I recieved a call from Mels assistant stating she was away in the eastern states but she would pass the message on to call me on the Monday (18/11/19). I have still received no further response after multiple attempts to contact Mel, which has left me disappointed in both the services provided to me and the subsequent poor customer support following complaint.

I've been getting botox for years. I Decided to have botox at cosmetique I found there pricing the cheapest in Perth. The nurse was lovely very professional. The company also offers free top up after treatment. I was very impressed. The treatment room was very clean and professional.
