This didn't feel like a proper clinic, just one poorly maintained room off to the side, from a waiting room. It was filthy. Desk, bed, floor, sink, and cupboard we're covered dirt and marks. Didn't look like it had been cleaned in months. Injectionor was knowledgeable and kind, but that's where the positives ended. I didn't actually see any Drs as their camera wasn't working. I got Botox and filler. I bled all day from my lip and ended up with a bright big bruise on my cheek and lip. They offered me a discount for a 5 star review (which probably explains why they have so many), but honestly, it's not worth it. No pride in their clinic. It might be cheaper but you pay for it in the long run.

I've never in my life seen such a disgusting clinic In my whole life. I am so scared for what I experienced today. I felt almost too pressured to back out of getting my lips done. The clinic was filthy. My lip filler took about 2 minutes. It looks like it's been injected over my lip. I didn't even see a dr on the screen. I will be contacting head office tomorrow. I've never experienced anything so unprofessional, dirty and negligent in my whole life

Went to get my lips done for the first time. The lady was so good made me feel relaxed. It was a good experience I love the results

Arrived for my pre booked apt this morn only to be told they had ran out of product and couldnt do my treatment. No phone call to let me know! How rude! Won't be returning!

I have previously used cosmetique Joondalup regularly for Botox and filler.
I enjoyed the service every time until I had Botox in my lip, in which I did not notice any change or the feelings you get when having a lip flip.
I have called up and requested a follow up appointment that was provided on the 13th of March, I had photos taken and was told I would hear back in 10 business days.
I have followed this up again on the 30th of March and again on the 3rd of April.
Today on the 11th of April almost a month after I had a follow up and photos taken I have not heard anything back.
When on the phone I was told to go back again, to have photos taken and another follow up, due to no photos being documented on cosmetiques behalf. When explained I went out of my way to attend an appointment for approximately 3 minutes and not hear anything back, all I was told is there is nothing they can do except book me another appointment over a month after my initial Botox appointment.
I am feeling like I have wasted my money and my own time at no fault of my own.
When receiving treatment especially on your face you would want to ensure if anything was to go wrong that they would go above and beyond to help you, I am just glad that I did not receive a bad lot of filler etc as I feel the follow up to help you would be anything but helping you.
Unfortunately I am sad to say I will not be using cosmetique again after almost a year of being a loyal customer.
The communication line is shocking as you cannot personally contact your selected store.
If the follow up had of been prompt and professional, I would not fault this place at all.
So just be aware, if anything does happen to go wrong that the chances of it being fixed are slim!

Cosmetique Joondalup always have the nicest nurses who really know what they’re doing. I’m always super happy with my results! I Won’t go anywhere else!

NEVER RECOMMEND! I had been a costumer here for 6 years. On my last appointment, I was verbally attacked and abused by the girl doing my girl named Clair I become so startled, scared and upset that I started to record the situation. As I felt threatened and there was no one else in the room or clinic.
When I left my appointment, I call another other store- Subiaco. Unfortunately before I had even spoke with this lady me she emailed me an email that was extremely aggressive and completely incorrect. This was sent by a lady named - Stephanie. I did eventually call Subiaco clinic and I spoke with Stephanie on the phone. I continued to tell her it was not what happens in the room and that I had recorded what had happened. She still continued to be aggressive and dismissive of the way I was treated.
There was no follow up, no apology, no manger called me. It was disgusting.

I was really happy with how I was guided through each option and how it would affect my face and overall look. I ended up completely trusting the Cosmetique nurse and going with what she recommended. It felt really personalised and I was super happy with the results! Definitely will be back xx

As a mum of 2 young children, I neglect myself. My children are my priority… they are my everything. Friends and family often encourage me to do things for myself and generally, I brush them off.

One evening when answering some emails I stumbled across a Cosmetique advertisement…. They seemed amazing! Eager to finally do something for myself, I pre-purchased a $299 voucher with the intention of booking a procedure at a later date. They were fabulous to deal with! When I was ready to take the plunge and book, I emailed the Cosmetique team to secure an appointment at a Joondalup Branch. To attend this appointment, I arrange for my children to go to day-care (on a day they don’t usually attend) and arranged my week to accommodate the procedures recovery period. Unfortunately, upon arrival the flustered staff member informed me that the procedure had been incorrectly booked (as something entirely different) -and- that she did not have the required equipment to carry out the procedure I had booked. Upset, I emailed Cosmetique who offered me a $50 refund for my troubles which I respectfully declined. I requested a refund of my monies so that I could seek services elsewhere. They ‘approved’ a refund and assured me it was being processed…. That was 2 weeks ago. No refund, no response to emails, no response to attempts at reaching them on FaceBook. They did not carry out the services booked and have not given me my money back. They were certainly quick to take my monies in the first instance!

I am posting this review in the hopes of warning others. If the above had occurred with a more honest business, I am sure I would have been refunded by now.

I have lodged a complaint with consumer protection.
