First time getting fillers, the nurse was amazing, she discussed what would be best for a first time and was very helpful, not a fan of needles and she was so understanding and would tell me when the filler or dental block would be going in, swelling isn’t bad and bruising i can’t detect at all, overall results is perfect and will definitely be going back.

Cosmétique has my heart, the nurses are all incredibly professional and extremely talented at what they do. Super happy with my results:)

I have never before in my life left a bad review, because I'm 'not like that' but.cosmetique? Wow your service is shocking. The first time I went in for 5 areas of botox. Usually, at other cosmetic businesses, I simply don't need a follow up appointment because it always works! At cosmetique however it simply didn't work.
I went back in for a follow up. Two weeks after the follow up there was still no results (it must be their product). I emailed with photos and went back in, they also took photos (they could clearly see it didn't work) and they didn't even try to rectify?
After I rang them a few times to follow up they told me they would 'get back to me by Friday' or 'by tomorrow'. They never got back to me. No integrity or customer /client service as their core values. Don't waste your time! Or money

Really really not the best with injectables! The lips are horrid. You wouldnt catch me dead in this salon to be honest.

Cosmetique has been delivering amazing result to my face for the last 4 years. All the nurses I’ve met over the years are absolutely lovely and professional I’ve always felt very comfortable and relaxed, even when I’ve got friends who have been difficult or hesitant first timers they have always made the experience ever so lovely. I booked in here last minute due to my usual clinic cancelling and not being available when I am for a period of time.

The experience felt for lack of a better word "cheap", and cheap vibes are not what you want when it comes to your face.
I am used to my usual Nurse spending a lot of time in consultation and taking his time throughout the process, checking along the way where I want more fullness etc.
I had a dental block for the 1st time and there was no explaination of what to expect with the swelling or what she was doing.
This nurse had barely any consultation, leaving me nervous about what I was getting and it was all done in a couple minutes, so again I was nervous about what I was going to see when I stood up.
In saying that, I am so far happy with the result. But I can't help feeling like that is a gamble because of the lack of consultation. Each person is after a different look so there should be some discussion around this. Some women want instagram model, some want a natural look. I was not sure which I was getting.
Nurse Damien from Equinox in Belmont delivers a far superior service. It was at least 1 hour for my 1st appointment. And not much short of that thereafter.
He texts you in the time after to check your circulation is normal etc. They are chalk and cheese in experience. One feels like Bali, one feels like it should. It was only $20 cheaper by the way and I didn't pick the clinic for it's price, I didn't expect a cheap experience from anyone injecting my face.

Poor service. Had phone consultation about what I want to get done, went to appointment again same questions, after the nurse inject my lips and eyebrows with numb injections she said she can’t find something for injections when I’m already paid! And told me that she can’t do fillers and Botox and I will need to other clinic! Not organised at all. Not recommending!
