Cosi's Café reviews
73The staff are always friendly, and the food is great. Recommend the Veggie Burger - not often that places serve a decent Veggie Burger, but Cosi's do. Highly recommended!
Visited for breakfast with 3 other couples, service was great, they were busy but we were immediately acknowledged, food was lovely, coffee highly recommended, would recommend and return
Had an Aussie Breakfast, everything on the plate was delicious…. And top quality ingredients, bacon, eggs, mushrooms…….
Location Location Location, Magical Food, Beer on Tap, Yummy Wine oh and the Staff, they are Angels
The breakki wraps & veg nachos are so good! Staff always friendly & welcoming, coffee can be hit & miss depending on who makes it haha. Overall though a very reliable spot to get a good meal.
Better don’t… 52 minutes for Two boiled eggs with spinach and sauce already made? And after all the wait they completely forgot the salmon. Totally disaster. If you can afford to have 100 customers better have only 50 and happy ones. Don’t take more than what you can serve….
Food quality was below average (bland and quite dry), however service was the biggest letdown. Order was wrong despite reconfirming the details with the cashier and multiple customers were told they were too busy to get some water by cashier and person operating coffee machine (maybe the owner). Perhaps a little bit too busy for staffing levels…?
Some of the best food and coffee in town! Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Lovely place with dining inside and outside.
Breakfast was ok. Coffee was average. Half way through eating realised we probably should have gone to Dome. Admittedly it was Boxing Day morning so def willing to give it another go.
Stopped in here looking for something quick and tasty for lunch as Albany hasn’t let us down yet!
I love food and if you have seen my stomach or ask my partner I eat anything until it’s gone.
I ordered chicken souvlaki an $17.50 half size kebab with more sauce then I needed. It pooled up at the bottom soaking the outside of the bread and wrap.
My partner got a chicken salad sandwich and didn’t finish either.
I usually start at 5 stars and work back realising it’s peoples businesses and livelihoods that I review but I couldn’t get it any higher than 2. Looking at the recent reviews a lot are 1-3 stars so maybe it’s just a recent thing or new management I don’t know
The coffees are lovely and I can always get a salad sandwich there, if nothing else. (multiple food allergies).
Really bad service. Took ages to order as the staff could not work the till. My coffee order was wrong and the apple crumble was dry and was not served with cream.
Popped in here for breakfast after completing the 1000km Munda Biddi Trail for charity, great welcome from Kevin and his staff, he even threw in a free coffee. Some of his regulars watched our bikes while we ate.awesome pancakes and coffee by the way. This is what real customer service looks like. Thanks so much.
Excellent Cafe good prices friendly service great food.
Staying in Albany for a week we went to Cosis for our morning coffee daily it was excellent.
We tried the croissants with ham and cheese chicken and salad sandwiches toasted sandwiches pancakes with berries.
Prices are very reasonable and the place is clean and comfortable.
Open from 7.30 to about 3.30 highly recommended
Brekky here is excellent. On earlier trips south we have been here and always same good service and nice staff serving good food choices.
Worst place in Albany for service one hour ten mins waiting for croissant and scrambled eggs on toast
Only got takeaway coffees but they were excellent. Food looked good too! Staff were also very friendly
Very competitive prices, relaxing atmosphere great service and great food. What more could one ask for
We love it but when there is a lot of people, I think they need to have more quiet music
. You can't have a conversation.the food and coffee is wonderful and the most friendly welcoming staff.
Excellent venue! Grabbed breakfast after finishing the Munda Biddi, definitely a good serving with excellent customer service. Will be back for sure
