Parking here is horrendous. Even in the middle of the day when quieter time thought may be better, it is awful, difficult to get in and out one way road entrance, customers are grumpy parks are too small and everyone is impatient because eof this. While the actual store is your typical Coles it seems quite grubby and run down. Suggest avoid unless you can walk there, even then not nice feel.

Cole's continues to unnecessarily wrap groceries in plastic, great shame. The automatic checkout plays up more and more often ️. The staff are very helpful.

Great small sized complex with a great range of products. This establishment is nice and clean & isn't too packed

Good to have a major grocery store so close to the city. In a small shopping complex. Just enough parking.

If I could give no stars, this'd be the place. I've just returned from Coles in North Perth. It was a whole 20 minutes to closing time. The young lady behind the meat counter said she couldn't give me some slices of hot chorizo sausage. The reason she gave me was that the two slicing machines weren't available because one wasn't working and the other had just been cleaned and was full of chemicals. I did think it was odd that she should be cleaning it when the store hadn't closed yet.

I noticed at least 10 long knives on the counter behind her next to the slicers and asked her to use them. She then told me she hadn't been trained to use the knives! And of course we all know that she has NEVER used those knives before and you do need a PhD to operate one.

I called her bluff. I asked for the manager. She told me there was NO manager on duty. I told her I found it hard to believe. I insisted on speaking to the manager and she magically said she could use the knife and slice it for me. Voila! It was a miracle. She begrudgingly sliced it for me and it showed.

Coles North Perth, you've got to train your staff to be more professional. Really!

It's Coles. I'm going to Woolworth's where the service and produce are better. I don't mind paying a bit more. What REALLY amazes me when I read the negative or positive comments here is that I don't see any response from Coles North Perth. Their saying nothing says so much. Care factor = zero.

Not as good as the Woolies in Mt Hawthorn, and the car park can be a complete nightmare. Fresh produce is not the best, but the rest of the supermarket is good.

Good range of groceries in a smaller shop. Staff know the locals and serve everyone with a smile

Good shopping centre situated in the North Perth shopping centre. Parking is ample. This Coles store has everything on your shopping list so one does not have to go looking elsewhere. The staff are very helpful.

Do something about Fresh Produce for goodness sake. Sunday afternoon and it's half empty. And it looked terrible.
And if I need help, you should be a bit more attentive. Don't just wave your bloody arm in the direction of where there should be stock! Not an empty bloody fixture.
Not good Coles. Not good.

Really small and busy store. Carpark is a nightmare. The staff are lovely and the store is clean

Quite disappointing, and painful to use your own bag at self service, often poorly stocked shelves, needs to improve

Shopped her for ten years. It is smaller so it has smaller lines of some products but I still prefer it.

Coles self products are the cheapest.
Easy to find and explore all items. Self care booths are good.

Coles has competative prices, even triend home delivery and it was nice experience.

Excellent smaller Coles. A pity there is no Coles in CBD! This place has friendly staff like Theresa on self service checkout. Top Notch.

It's the local shop for the area. I'm there for the local traders but Coles is getting a little dated and the variety has gone by design with deleted lines you'll find in their other stores. People don't shop there like they used to. It's a convenient location but the experience is better elsewhere.
