Coles North Perth

An excellent local store which is a great alternative to the major shopping centres or the central city. Good range of basic items. Reasonable parking for a centre of this size & good support stores like a newsagency, hairdresser & cafe allows hassle free shopping for everyday items. Recommended

This is a very good Coles, need more parking for the centre mit painter is in but still an excellent shop. Great selection and we'll laid out although there are a few metal columns in inconvenient location in a couple of aisles, apart from that the I found it easy to move around.

Focus on Coles home brand products rather than stocking range of other products, poor service, poor stock control, overall generals giving it one star.

Disappointing, again Coles in North Perth. No icy poles poor selection of meat, seafood and Ice cream.my last visit for any purchase. Manager has no pride looking after this supermarket.

Good but there is an old Irish lady that begs outside the entrace, seriously put up a sign and get her gone. People do not want to be hassled. This is especially easy with social distancing rules.come on Coles

In a few different occasions I have asked staff walking by, on at the counter, stacking shelves for help and they are always willing and helpful. Staff on self checkout are always friendly and patient with customers.

The epitome of mediocrity. Keep driving (or walking) as any perceptions of convenience will be overcome by realising if there was an award for standing in the worst supermarket that's all you're ever likely to win in this place

I've never seen it so busy on a Sunday and almost every person seemed to be carrying a pack of toilet paper rolls.

It was good but has limited items that I need will continue to shop there, the staff are lovely

Disappointed experience. I didn't know the Coles policy about refund has changed and the notice sign wasn't obvious. The team member Heather was so rude and impatiently to explain about it, even she did not wear the uniform during to work. In fact, I understand why Coles have to be changed the policy, but the other hand the team member quality must be improve on that special period as well.

Corona has spoiled their customer service manners. I came in and the first thing the cashier says is you have to bag your own items. I nodded and she raised her voice ‘can you hear me’, like I have hearing problems.

Not longer after, she says you cannot take 2 regular milk and one condensed milk. I said, I think you are mistaken this is drinking milk and this is to make desserts. She gets angry and calls her supervisor. He comes ready to give me the speech and I just tell him do what you like I don’t wanna talk about this anymore.

I decided to go to Woolies just to check their logic, when I got there I was informed I can take two fresh milk for consumption and two other milk products. There you go Coles learn the legislation and how to treat and advise your customers.

Lost a customer. Definitely switching to Woolies now.

PS: If you have no patience to deal and advise customers just quit your job there is a lot of unemployed retail people desperate to get a job right now. Be grateful!

Today I saw There was a old lady on the self service centre and she had a broken sealed packet of sugar and when she asked the customer service assistant name “Traysi “to take that item back very politely but that lady made weird face and was very rude. After that the old lady was again calling that lady for help but she was not even listening her and completely ignoring her.was really sad to see that old lady helpless. Traysi should learn some manners how to treat customers politely.because that’s her duty. And I clearly observed that she was not interested to do that job.

Limited car parking facility and choices of products compared to other nearby Coles supermarkets

I bought a super food mixed nuts bag from here only to realise upon opening that the coconut and dried fruit was green, mouldy and stale. They must not have cycled over the stock for months here! Disgusting! Won't be back.

I try to avoid shipping here if possible, such an out-dated and cramped store. Staff always look (understandably) miserable. Nightmare parking lot as well

A good coles, staff are mostly friendly and helpful, the store is usually stocked well. However, the parking is horrible.

Not good today - there were no checkouts operating apart from self-service and "less than 12 items".

Coles plus a bit of local feel for gourmet nibbles. Convenient with bottle shop adjacent and other speciality shops within the venue. Parking can be tight but is close. Vege plus shop south of carpark worth a visit.

Prefer shopping at Coles but this one is in serious need of an overhaul compared to all the other ones out there. There is always a bottleneck at the self serve check outs as well as there doesn't appear to be enough registers that accept cash. Hopefully they refresh this store SOON!

Omg. I love this place. I just bought the most amazing, warm and soft bread ever. It literally just came out the oven because it was so warm when I picked them out! My family loves this place so much, that we go out of our way to shop here! The service is friendly and it’s always nice shopping here!
