Coles Midland reviews
47Good new store! Prices sometimes hit a all time low.other than that one of the best quality food shops!
Waited in line for 15minutes on Monday night there was only one person on the register for large trollys.how about you put more people on and allow sufficient time for people to have breaks on Monday nights and stop waisting your customers time to save a few bucks.
Everything is everywhere, not good for quick shop. Why can’t all Coles make same pattern like Kmart does, no matter where u shop it’s same pattern all around Australia for Kmart and easy to locate things. Each coles on other hand, is different pattern very confusing
The lady that is usually in the self serve section is meant to be there to help. But she gets easily distracted and ends up forgetting about you. We also witness a customer who happen to know one of the staff when the mini's was happening and gave them 4x handfuls of them when they only had 3x items. We had a shopping trolley full of it et md and was only givrn 2x mini's.
Lazy lady ar rhe cold meat counter refused to slice meat even though I have been getting it sliced for years. Next time I will refer to the manager
Coles has become a bully. Deleting items that have been available for ages and stocking up on their own brand. I WAS a coles shopper. Now I'll shop at Woolworths
Came in earlier today and was shocked with the appalling service I received at the self-serve checkout. The lady whose name I didn't get this time (large-bodied, pale-skinned, dyed-blonde hair, middle-aged) was very rude. She is in serious of need of basic human manners. Not sure if she is just unhappy with the way she looks and takes it out on the people around her, but it's not good enough. Especially for someone her age.
