Coles Midland

It has a Christmas theme as you enter the store which was very nice we found what we wanted and got out of there at the self check outs loved it

Usually pretty good but their phone lines aren't working and it is frustrating as heck.

I can not praise enough or be more happy shopping at coles Midland.
I had just got out of hospital ans found myself severally ill by end of shop.
The lovely team there gave me some cold water and sat with me. Then they took me to the car by wheelchair along with all our shopping. Thanks for your kindness

Store is always clean and stocked. Staff are always welcoming and friendly.
Never waiting too long for service. Which is great.

Easy in and out. One star short today as they did not have the sweet biscuit my husband wanted. Friendly staff. I will shop here again.

There is usually only 1 person on the checkout whether there in 1 person or 10 people waiting. Have started shopping at woollies midland, prefer coles products but can’t deal with the lack of service so Woollies it is.

Out of stock, sadly I don't think it's the shop or staffs fault, sounds like the trucks arent/can't come over here with the stock

Great big Coles Supermarket has everything. Nice n spacious. Staff friendly.
I haven't been able to get pig ears for my fur baby's where I normally go for a about 6 wks now and this Coles had them for$3. I must make the trip down to.do another shop here.

I love this Coles its got everything laid out in reasonably good order to look at. Its a shame that Coles has decided to get rid of their butcher's all over Australia!

This supermarket is easy to traverse. Products are moderate in price. Vegetables are of good quality but expensive.

It's often the main supermarket that I go to, it's large with a wide selection of products and as it was completely redesigned a few years ago (2019 I believe) it still has a fresh modern feel to it and is easy to navigate

9/8/2021 Again no trolleys. Had to go down car park to get one. Elderly and disabled have trouble doing this. Also put more staffed check outs. Elderly and disability are entitled to service when shop. Coles Midland are pretty much becoming useless. No everyday pantry items. Live in the Midland are but have stopped at Coles High Wycombe and they always have everything. Manager needs to get cracking on staff that does the ordering of products. Before moved to new location it was at last half decent to get stuff.

Even if truck breaks down you can still collect like they use to no excuses. I have been to coles first thing when open and there have been no trolleys. Bit slack. Never had a problem with other person doing the trolley collections. 4.14pm No trolleys. I must say that since the people that run the trolleys that took over years ago the males spend more time smoking, talking in their language on their mobile phones then collecting trolleys at Midland Gate. Coles should just get there own person to do it not an outsider.

Terrible shopping experience EVERYTIME. How can people shop with cages and pallets blocking shelves and fridges? I used to enjoy shopping here but I don't know what happened to the setup of this place. Why is it so messy and why so much is in the way?
Staff is only busy stocking shelves, always in the way and never helpful of moving their stuff that's blocking the shelves! I always feel like I'm intruding and being a pain, when all I am doing is simply shopping. Why make it hard on the customer to buy necessities? I finish work after a long day and all I want to do is shop easily and not have everything out of reach.

I find a good variety of food hear I can't get elsewhere only 4 star because I think the bakery bread tastes funny like chemicals

Clean and fast checkout, very good fruit and veg. Unfortunately there is less and less stock available on the shelves, more often than not just alot of empty boxes, less range of products to choose from too. I often leave needing to go to a different supermarket.

Coles was fully stopped but I asked for some priscillian husk nobody knew what it was extra training is needed for staff to know their stuff

Coles in Midland Gate shopping centre is easily accessible from outside carpark. Everything you need for grocery shopping.

Great selection of goods. Shelves are well stocked. Prices competitive. Self check outs are too close together.

Poor customer service from the supervisor on duty when asking for assistance at self serve checkout at 4.36pm 26/04/21. Had bad attitude told me she's got steel caps on to mind my toes so she doesn't step on them. Not very nice at all!
