Just had the worst experience with a check out lady of my life
Patricia needs a attitude adjustment. When I asked for a bag she scanned a bag and threw it in front of me then proceeded to scan the food throwing it with no care and rush me out the check out as quick as she could.

Love Cole's and the staff at midland gate always friendly and ready to help absolutely awesome?

Not one for publicity but would like to loudly commend Karen from Coles Midland Gate. She is such an amazing lady who brings so much joy to our shopping trips! I know I speak on behalf of many in our community who have grown fond of her bubbly personality over the years and years of her employment, when I say her presence has been greatly missed! Karen always lights up our day and is the epitome of excellent customer service! Thank you for always being a friendly face, and for the years of making our food shop delightful - Coles wouldn't be the same without you and I'm sure many would agree! Hope to see you in store soon!

Coles, much better than Woolworths, especially products in their own brand. Great service too, with friendly, helpful staff.

Multiple horrendous service experiences. Today was the last straw. I will no longer set foot in Coles Midland Gate. Appalling. You're there to work and serve people not stand behind the checkout chatting about dogs doing nothing while people are waiting.

This is one of the main stores i always visit every week i love the coles brand itself good quality and reasonable prices, greeted with friendly and helpful check out staff.

It’s good but for some reason I just prefer woolies. Oh yeh, they didn’t have any cold 1.5L of Powerade (and I had come from the gym across the road and a cold 600 ml wouldn’t have been enough).
Then again, I don’t think Woolies do either. Still, a 4/5 is good. Good to see them apply some common sense when it is 23rd Dec and they open earlier than their usual 8am (as did a few other stores)

As with most COLES stores, everything you need is here. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Convenient great underground parking.in and out in a good time. Meat and veggies are fresh and well priced

Lots of children activities around and music being played by musicians a real happy atmosphere at MIDLAND Gate

Bigger store, more selection than swan view but no busking hippies. Must not be a franchise bonus like I thought

Must say shopped there for a long time but the decline of fresh goods. Today was the last time. First five itams i picked up were all mouldy.the shop is old dirty and tired. It is close to my home but now iwould rather travel to get good produce.the staff i showed were not really interested. I would have given no stars but to post i had to give 1

Best Coles I've been to. Very well designed and has anything you could need for a weekly food shop.

Absolutely love the new Coles store at Midland. It’s large and well laid out. Lighting is great. Variety of food available is always good and the staff are always helpful. Their Bakery is always well stocked and great quality! They make the best Hot Cross Buns here by far!

Lots of improvements in the new store. Bit too hipster for Groucho here but a well stocked store.

Wasn't impressed with the customer service. Staff were too busy serving and gossiping with other coles employees to serve other customers waiting and one check out open

Thought it was very claustraphobic. Yes we want lots of products but we want it planned out better than this. Going back to woolies!

Nice and convienent new facilities, however self serve checkout staff were more interested in conversation with friends than assisting with technical glitches
