Coles

Store is small given it's in the middle of the CBD. Online shopping was bad when it came to fresh produce. Most were overripe. Took a while to be served and shopping delivered to me personally in the shop.

I like this coles because of its attention to the lunch trade. Its easy to walk in and grab a sandwich from their big range, a hot item, a bag of chips and a drink maybe even a chocolate bar as you walk to the check out, pay and go.
In-out quick easy no fuss and the guy at the self serve machines is awesome with his smile, bubbly personality, always making guest smile and always happy to be at work.

Just happens to be a place I pass by public transport not far from bus port / underground train with tunnels and lifts leading to Coles. Nice touch with the lift to the car park with the new face lift in the renovations. The store is presented in a manner for the people on the go, fast food but not a full blown food court meal with a selection of cold drinks. If you enjoy the good old days where some one greets you at the door, you experience this classic nostalgia on the way out by the true generation of gentleman, where customer matters, meet Barry. I originally seen him at Joondalup, always wondered if he has retired. Brings back the days or Coles and their well dressed lift attendants in the know. Positive energy from today’s plastic smiles.

Good place and good location. Has to be Barry that makes this place enjoyable to visit! He really is an asset to the place and I hope he’s recognised for that. Any job can quite easily become routine but the spark he has and the smile he puts on your face is gold. I’m there most days and if your in a mood and see Barry he will pop a smile on your face:)

Shoutout to the tall bloke working the self-service checkout. He has a genuine warmth and an incredible voice that puts a smile on the face of every person that goes through there. Hope he gets recognised for the commitment he brings to a simple task!

Pretty good for a city supermarket. Pretty good availability for late Friday night. Clean and quick checkout.

Store doesn’t honour weekly catalog specials, staff intolerant and unhelpful - two much better Woolworths stores close by.

I don't know what Coles do but their supermarkets always so much cleaner and brighter - with products that seem so much more appealing than Woolworths, and definitely moreso than a grotty place like Aldi. You do encounter a few unstable types on their way to or from the bus station, but you don't ever seem to get a negative attitude from the staff here that you do in the Woolworths stores in Perth.

Just opened and already missing things like chicken breast.
Same as before. Nothing changed!

Can't always find what I'm looking for, although it is nice and clean as well as not very busy.

Self serve checkout, the old guy was so rude.
Accused me of stealing in front of other customers and proceeded to search my person and bag only to find nothing.
So embarrassed to be caught in that situation after shopping there every day for 3 months.
Disgraceful.

Barry is the life of this Coles, such a great man who always puts a smile on everyone's face! This Coles is really great for quick stops in the city and copes well with rush hour.

This Coles is truly the best. They understand the rush hours of office workers and will serve you super fast to not waste your lunch time. The self checkout staff are always friendly and helpful. Great customer service, well stocked shelves and great variety of hot foods/sandwiches.

A wonderful clean and modern Coles love going there for all my food needs as the staff are very plesent and helpful.
