Coles reviews
54Disappointing that the specials do not run in this store. Woolworths has consistent pricing between its metro and cbd stores.
Great place to shop amazing variety of goods and services great staffing you are in the city great to shop there
I will admit that I do not have a preference for Coles vs. Woolworth, both are good, also IGA is a good shop. Coles in general is very good and has a rich variety of products. I stop at the smaller Coles shop at Raine Square while on my way home which is in a convenient location above the Perth Train station and carry a Good Variety of items. The shop is clean, organised and packed well with most items.
Multiple items out of stock and don't honour Australia wide Coles sale items because "they're a small store".
I'm a regular Coles shopper but steer clear of this one. Better to go to Woolworths St George's Tce which is a fully stocked store and offers advertised sale prices.
Sorry to say it this way. But I'll only shop at Coles when either I'm to far from one.or they actually want. I don't dispise them just rather Woolworths.
Foram helpfully put my egg's on top of everything in my bag. So kind just wishing you a fantastic day.
The Raine square Coles is much smaller and not as much range as most other Coles supermarkets but the range they do have is more than sufficient but I would like to see more Coles ultra branded cleaning products.
Clean and well stocked. Staff are pleasant and helpful. This Coles does not have the same specials as other Coles stores. Great selection of ready to eat meals.
Dear Coles Manager,
The short Indian woman I encountered at the deli section needs a good lesson in customer service! Absolutely disgraceful attitude. I'm assuming she's mute or missing a tongue. Her snarky glare made me almost walk away. I'll roll the dice some other time to test her out again. If I receive the same hideous level of service I'll directly complain to the shift manager.
Poor selection of products in comparison to Woolworths @ En Ex mall.
Had a fall in Coles in Perth City Raine Square yesterday walking towards checkout at around 9.10am. Shout out to duty manager Nathan who looked after me after his junior staff were more worried about whether it was their fault or not. Nathan simply said I'm worried about you (me). Bruised up & sore so will pop into Dr today but thanks Nathan for caring.
Doesn't often have full range of groceries. I hope in the future they stock up the supermarket more
In recent days seen many people wearing masks around their chins in the store and when telling staff they do not seem to mind, also the staff do not seem very accommodating to others using the aisles especially with the recommend distance between people, also very blunt when asking for assistance in finding foods locations however the meat section has always been very welcoming and polite
It's a small Coles, with way less items, which makes sense as it is a Central store. Only essentials and some easy to prepare foods are here. The prices here aren't always as good as regular Coles stores, and there might not always be an item you need. It is also hard to get in since their entry barriers sometimes don't detect people, and there maybe a line as a result. The checkouts lines are usually long, but are fast since the smaller store means that people are buying less.
Always stocked, clean, staff are good, quick in and out. Even when busy.quite often has a lot on special. Great vegan range. Close to transport.
Usually it's pretty good, but on the day I need help finding things or get through quickly I can't find staff.
I am a regular customer of Coles I found out that every items I use to purchase has been increased by 20to 30 cents.it's for every body but not going for pensioners.even I noticed that if products near day to expired they reduce prices instead to give the charity for homeless people.its a shame.
Great location easy access, super friendly staff.
However being a smaller coles (and probably high rent area) most of the selected line items are the more expensive, less discounted options. So prefer woollies down the road when doing large shopping.
As usual being my local I love this store but today was made extra special by the assistance I received at the self-service check-out. The male staff member was cheerful and helpful and he made my day. Thank you
Better to shop at Woollies. This Coles doesn't even honour catalogue specials. Everything is full price or higher.
I know this is a small city store but I was surprised at the lack of variety. I guess I was just looking for things they didn't have.was pretty expensive too.
