54No specials.lack of staff checkouts.need to queue to use a cash machine.staff can be mean.
Excellent great customer service when you walk in and when you walk out again the gentleman there was very helpful.
They are the biggest Rory going, Their fruit has chemical aftertaste, banana's don't taste like, well PROPPER one's, your meat products are brutally prices. No wonder there's so many fatties over here, they eat KFC N SH$T, COZ THATS CHEAPER, END OF STORY,
9am and empty shelves of pre made food and salads. Also, all bananas were green. Go to woolies if you want to buy food for your work day. This was rubbish
I use this place to grab a takeaway lunch during the week. It does the job but it regularly:
1 doesn't have sandwiches ordered: and
2 has run out of sauce for pies etc - which I get when the sandwiches aren't available.
Good place but sometimes the staff are not friendly with those who English is not their mother language: (
Located in a convineant place, right in the heart of city. It does get quite busy during peak hours. Paid parking is available in the basement and escalator can be used to get to coles. Size of the store is small compared to other Coles supermarkets. However, variety on offer is no less than other stores.
This Coles store does not recognise any of the Coles weekly catalogue specials or Half-Price promotions. DO NOT visit this the store if you want to buy any weekly catalogue specials. The store seems to have their own rules.
This coles doesn't have any special deals. It's sad really cause it's the only coles in the city and there taking advantage of people living in the city who like to shop at coles. There's 2 Woolworths in the city and they both do special deals. I wouldn't bother going here
I have been shopping here for years when visiting Perth and staying in the CBD. It has never changed. Clean, good standard of fresh produce, great variety of stock. Very convenient when you're staying in self catering accommodation.
Never enough hot food prepared, out of tomato sauce.coffee machine is out of order half the time
They don't have the weekly catalogue like the other Coles do, the 2 Woolies in the CBD do the weekly catalogue. I'd rather walk a few mins there than coming here and spend more money than I need to.
I have just had the most disgusting experience in Coles Perth. I went to the cold meats counter to purchase meats for the very ill person I care for (a family member) and I was told by Yonnis that the counter was closed and I asked why as it was only 4.21pm so in his very rude manner he told me that's what they do when it is quiet. I asked him to get the Manager and he just walked off so I went to the main counter waited and waited to get served. Finally the Manager, Nathan appears and he wasn't a bit interested! Yonnis reluctantly served me and when I asked him for his name he quickly removed his name tag. I ended up buying ham when we are so over ham as we have been eating each day! Yonnis and Nathan made me feel so appalling - how dare I asked to be served! They advertised that the doors are open till 6pm! Typical Perth as you cannot complain about the service as there is no service to complain about! Plus I am 7th Generation West Australian and I love my state.
My wife bought the cigarette herself from the place we went to buy cigarettes with my wife. After 3-4 minutes, we stopped by again to get a filter.but they didn't sell the filter because they thought my wife was too young. My wife showed her passport and proved that she was 38 years old. They said we can't accept passport. I told them that I am 40 years old and that I will buy it myself, and they did not accept it. I discussed this issue with the manager named Mark, but was unable to change his mind. It is irrational not to accept the passport. I We have never experienced such a situation in Perth before.
The smile you get from the young lady named
Forum in the self service registers area WILL brighten your whole day! Simply astonishing!
Keep up the great work young lady!
Didn't have what I wanted very minimal seafood to choose from meat wasn't much meat bit expensive
Very disappointed with the young Indian woman security guard on Saturday 2nd October
Her attitude towards customers is disrespectful.
The way she is invasive when conducting bag checks, prior to entering the store, her seriously face expression is highly unwelcoming.
Then threatens to call the police for no good reason is beyond a joke.
This Coles store is is a great location I would have given it a 5 but from what I experienced yesterday I had to give 2 stars.
When I went into purchase my hi - lo milk t11am the Coles brand milk was out date one day. I find a this bad on your part. I had to get full cream milk which ccannot drink. Please get your act together I will be happy to go somewhere else
Always easy to find what I need and at a reasonable price. With great helpful staff, though the one let down is that there is still no laundry products at Coles Central in Raine square; very disappointing.
This coles is located in the city and all I can say is that they have a very very smal selection of options all round. This coles seems to be targeted at people who work in the city and want to grab lunch during their lunch break. It is not ideal for grabbing stuff for dinner on your way home or for doing your weekly grocery shop. I would recommend going to one the woolies in the city.
