Cod Rocks

Looked up openning hours (till 8pm) and at 7.25pm rang to order. Phone kept going to msg bank, so drove in and at 740 closesd. We have always enjoyed the food there, their website still says they are open now at 7.53pm. Disappointed. Stay open till 8pm or change your website hours.

The service was great, the chips were nice but the fish wasn't good. It was decent sized pieces of fish but when we unwrapped it, all of the batter stuck to the paper. The batter was oily, it was crispy on the outside but sloppy on the inside.

Fantastic, perfectly cooked fish & chips, burger was surprisingly good too. Would highly recommend.

Fish was like rubber, very chewy, very oily as if it had not been drained properly, the shop looked like it would deliver quality fish n chips very disappointed.

Terrible service.order was paid for and then given to someone else. 20min wait later.and the worst chips ive ever had.

Will not be going again nor recommending them.

I was pretty hungry when I visited here. I could have eaten anything at the time. It could have been the worst but, at the time it was the best. I'll go back just to confirm.

Shop opened at 4pm and i was first in, guy still putting out outdoor tables/chairs.
Ordered 1 fish min chips.took 10mins to serve.
Fish was oily, chips were definately old, not hot and tasted under cooked.
Very disappointed and will definitely never go back!

Not very happy. Have just got back to our accomodation and spent $35 and only half an order. Did not get the sour cream/sweet chilli sauce for the wedges or the vinegar for fish. Have tried to ring and goes to message bank to try again or go back to store. NO THANKS. Store does'nt close till 8pm and it is only 7.30 now.
