Clear Skincare Clinic Cockburn

My appointment was 5pm and I arrived 5: 14pm I know I was late but cockburn receptionist contacted me around 5: 06 so I let her know ill be late she said okay so I'm expecting its gonna be fine. I arrived 5: 14pm at the clinic! She refused me to do my treatment cos she said there are 2 customer will have an HOUR SESSION EACH OF THEM! HOW COME THOSE 2 CUSTOMERS WILL HAVE AN HOUR ACCUMULATED TO THEM and me scheduled for 5pm and refused to do my treatment for 14min. Late? And my laser treatment will take 3-5min only based on my 2 last session. She told me the 2 customer their pigment in their skin is not easy to remove and will take hours. I found it so unfair, she should've told me in the first place that I won't make it and just rebook than wasted my time travel there rushing. I ended up my time got wasted and have no choice to rebook it. How annoying that she needs to wait for me to arrive just to tell me I won't make it when she could've said it when she called me. So inconsiderate.

I recently came in to clear skin to recieve laser hair removal on my bikini and under arms area I was really nervous and very shy about the procedure but the wonderfull lady Michelle made me feel really comfortable and was super professional.it was really quick and didn't hurt at all.feeling alot better about my next visit and happy I'm no longer waxing.

Was very impressed with the knowledge and passion the therapists have. Moira in particular has put me on an easy do-able home plan that has changed my skin. Thank you guys!

Didn’t even get to have a treatment done. Booked online for a consult and treatment and was told (as I was driving there) that they didn’t have my consult time booked so could I come back in 3 hours. No offer of anything else but to come back when it worked for them.
As a Mum to two young children getting out of the house is hard enough to do something for yourself.
Left a bad taste in my mouth about their service and booking system. Wouldn’t be rushing to go back to them based on this experience.

Great girls. Never pushy on the sales pitch. Great serums. And the store is so conviently located.

I have been on my laser hair removal package and you might not believe that %80 of hair gone after only 5 sessions. I keep getting a new area done as the centre offering great deal.
I highly recommend the centre and my suber specialist Pouran.
I have had the best experience ever with her, she is competent in her job. She is caring and listening what you are looking for.

Just had my second laser treatment at clearskin this afternoon with Pouran and she was amazing! She was Incredibly thorough, answered all of my millions of questions and was up front and honest about which course of treatment would give me the best value for my money (which being a student, I really appreciated). After 10+ years of IPL & SPL treatments I really wish I had gotten laser treatment with Clear skin sooner. After only 2 treatments I am blown away by the results and the quality of their machines. Highly, highly recommend. Don't waste your money and go elsewhere!

The girls at Clearskin Cockburn are amazing and take so much pride in the progress of each individual client. I first came to this clinic after reading great reviews and having suffered from adult acne for a long time. After just recently completing only 5 sessions of the SGA treatment my skin looks and feels so much clearer, I haven’t been this confident without a full face of make up for a very long time.
