I absolutely love Clear Skin Cockburn. I have been coming here for the past 2 years and I am always so happy with the results of each treatment. The ladies at this clinic are always so lovely and have the biggest smile on their face. They put so much consideration towards your concerns and actually want to work towards a treatment plan for you to achieve your skin goals. Laser treatment has been amazing for me, underarms, bikini line and full legs, hairless! I feel confident and no more razors! ALL the girls i have had the treatment from are outstanding, so very professional, they explain every step, answer questions, friendly. Laser is affordable, I thought it would be too expensive but with the girls advising of specials and the packages available, it is very reasonable. Money well spent!

Brooke is the best at Cockburn Branch. Most patient, great in advising and totally knows what she is doing! I know her for last 5 years and cant recommend her enough!

I recently had a wrinkle treatment between my eyes. I was quoted minimum of $89. I had the treatment and was told $158 to which she said the girls out the front have no idea and that's why they are out the front. The worst is my disport or whatever it was lasted 5 weeks before movement was back. I returned on Saturday and they said Oh Dear someone will call you. No one called so I called back and made an appointment for tonight. Guess what she wanted me to pay for a top up even though she admitted it should last a lot longer. Well I voted with my feet and walked out. Never to return. One star is too much.

I had an anti-wrinkle treatment done with the injector here. She was very professional and made me feel comfortable being under her care. She knew exactly what she was doing and explained how much I would need and what result I will see after the treatment. You can tell she is passionate and cares deeply about making clients feel their best in their own skin and this is why I could give her my full trust without hesitation. Definitely recommend coming here and seeing her!

Very bad experience told wrong price and overcharged while the lady was there for at least 7years. I can't believe they ring 4 weeks Later to tell me what is going on. And not on my first visit. This was at gateways clear skincare clinic.

My experience here has been nothing but positive from my first laser consultation to my ongoing treatments now. I have had a couple of different therapists and they have all been amazing, knowledgeable and professional. I have been seeing Katinka regularly for my laser treatments and she is just wonderful. So thorough and informative, and I always look forward to my treatments with her for a good chat. I always feel so comfortable and welcomed warmly every time, not to mention the amazing results I've had where I barely have to shave anymore! Can't recommend this place more.

Always leaving the clinic super impressed with my laser hair removal treatments with Katinka, started seeing noticeable results after my second treatment! Aren't like most clinics that rush you out the door with out providing the knowledge of after care! Not to mention all staff are super friendly and welcoming, will forever be returning here as I genuinely always feel taken care of.

Amazing service! All the therapists i've been with have been very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They always take the extra time to help me choose what treatments going to be the best for my skin. Will always come back here! Ive used other products from other companies that haven't done anything for my skin, as soon as I started using clearskincare products ive actually seen a change in my skin! Feel bit conned. Got persuaded to buy expensive creams for use post-treatment, with the impression given that the treatment cannot go ahead unless they are purchased. Reluctantly bought same. However, completely unnecessary and just some Betadine is sufficient and did not even take out of the bag. Tried to return the products in person after several emails went unanswered. However shop not having it-no refunds. Interestingly the creams come without a foil seal, so I couldn't prove I didn't use them-which is very convenient. **********update from response below- 5th May. Of course, no-one has been in contact. They just post stuff like that to try and counteract my review. Pls dont bother escalating or "getiing in touch" (not that you did). I will just accept your company gave me an expensive bad experience. ********

Quick, professional service. Laser treatment worked soooooo much better than the previous place I use to go to. Also answered all my questions and after care treatment also given. It is also really cheap compared to other places and close to Coles inside the shopping centre and close to an exit. Get in, get zapped, get out with results. Will definitely be back.

Complete utter disgrace in terms of therapist knowledge, customer service and professionalism. They hire young blonde girls who have no respect for their customers and speak to them as if they are better than them - seriously! Came in for my 3rd laser hair removal appointment and was told I was wearing fake tan which was completely untrue. Was aggressively swabbed with alcohol swabs to try and 'prove' I was lying about the fake tan, to only realise she was wrong and even then didnt apologise for the accusation. Go to a laser clinic with experienced staff who want you to be there, not like this place!

I had 13 sessions on underarms bikini & legs I have dark hair & fair skin but still have hair on my legs I am going to try a different clinic
