Clear Skincare Clinic Cockburn

Had a appointment today, no-one let me know that it was cancelled because the girl didn’t come in this morning, last week I was notified that the appointment was confirmed, which I replied yes.
I am annoyed because I wasted my fuel, my time, all because no-one let me know this was cancelled, I don’t live in the area, takes me half an hour to get to Cockburn. Never again will I return.

I went there for the hair removal of my armpits, half leg, bikini and toes.

At first the bikini wasn't completely done, so now I can see the difference where it was done and where it wasn't done. Plus I pay $10 for the toe top off and she didn't do the tops of my feet.

I just feel like I wasn't taken care of well.

Otherwise, the clinic is really clean and the girls super friendly!

So in love with going to Clear Skincare in Cockburn.the gorgeous girls make me feel gorgeous inside and out everytime I visit!

I had worst experience with them, as i got paid full face laser, but I was only doing sides of face, lip and chin, but they haven’t done that properly, they even don’t cover whole sides of the face properly not even chin properly. I am still getting the hair growth on my face as before, it was my 6th treatment as i have done first two treatments somewhere else, but my face hair looking worst than before.

The entire experience from start to finish was terrible. I arrived 8 minutes late to my Laser appointment with Sharon. I was turned away entirely and rescheduled for that afternoon (an hour and a half later). I was told that I was pushing back other appointments by being under 10 minutes late.

I returned an hour and a half later for my rescheduled appointment. I was uncomfortable throughout the whole treatment process, Sharon stayed in the room while I undressed and I wasn’t provided with a towel to cover myself during treatment, I was told they could not provide towels due to covid.

I expressed my concerns to Sharon and she responded argumentatively and unprofessionally, I asked for the contact details of Clear Skincare’s owner and was told they “don’t have an owner”.

Very bad experience, had a facial peeling, they run out of paper towels, hair band, in this circumstance with Covid I think hygiene is very important, I had to use my own jumper, the person who did the facial I felt she was in a rush or something, she did everything quick, somehow, after she put me under led light saying that for 10 minutes, but after she came back in less than 10 minutes saying that all done, that was all

From the first day I stepped foot into this service. They made me pay for the package.two weeks later They came back saying they couldn't make this package it won’t work for you so they canceled it. So I asked for a refund that I had already paid. Until today still have not received refunded. Every time I call or email they doesn’t take their responsibility and nothing progressed.not recommended. No responsibility Very unprofessional

Currently having laser done and love the girls at this clinic! Explained everything really well to me and make me feel so comfortable having the treatments done. Will definitely continue my laser journey with them.

The staff, especially Courtney, at Clear skin cockburn are so lovely and welcoming. I’m very happy with my treatments!

I have had two treatments in a week. The first was electrolosis on my lip chin area with Courtney who is lovely puts you at ease, & then IPL on the same area with Brooke. I have been to Brooke many times & will book with her if I can
Would not hesitate to recommend this company or these girls to others. I introduced a girlfriend when I had electrolysis to you. She is going back for more treatments.

The actual clinicians are great unfortunately reception messed me around so much I had to go to Booragoon. They rescheduled my appointment without calling me first and the multiple times I called them to try and change it over a weeks period no one picked up. So book online and you'll be great

The staffs are very friendly. I was warmly welcomed and was very happy for my first treatment, definitely worth it. Plus the prices are very affordable?

I had the pleasure of getting a treatment by Megan here, she was lovely! She explained everything she was doing and was super welcoming. Had the express microdermabrasion done and left feeling refreshed and glowing, my skin looks great a few days later!

Best services ever. Had skin peels done here. My skin never felt that good before these sessions. Thanks

I have tried a few treatments for my facial redness and spider veins, but nothing really helped. I was a bit cynical about the claims made for ClearSkincare's IPL and peel treatments, but decided to give it a go. After only 2 IPL sessions and 2 peels, I noticed a difference in my skin tone. I've now completed my package deal of 6 treatments, and I'm so pleased with the improvement, I've signed up for another course.
The staff at Cockburn are friendly and helpful, explaining each step of the treatment. I stronly recommend them.
