Really helpful with what we were looking for and the price was heaps cheaper than anywhere else

Brought our Chocolate Lab Puppy in to ride around in Trolley while shopping, staff were amazing lots of cuddles and treats. Puppy was very happy to visit:) Helped us to the car and answered any questions even got a free puppy book with vouchers

Long time happy customer and I have always shopped here but today I had a particularly bad experience. I was unable to return a faulty plastic water bottle so I decided I would buy a glass one to replace it. I dropped it after paying for it and it broke. I didn't ask for my money back for the broken bottle and I went to get another one but I then found out they did not have any more left.feeling frustrated and annoyed, I decided to cancel my whole purchase and get it all from another shop around the corner (owned by the same parent company). A store member scoffed/chuckled at me and when I asked her what she was laughing at her response was "you make a mistake and then you take it out on us? ". When I suggested to her that she did not know the full story she continued to tell me I was being unreasonable. So instead of this staff member saying "sir, how can I help make your shopping experience better" her response was "sir, how can I make sure you never shop here again". I won't shop here again. Loss of a $200 sale and a long term customer all fo r the sake of a $15 glass bottle. Quite disappointing.

Great service thank you! My cats Tiger and Billy were both suffering terribly with flea's a young lady staff member introduced me trying out REVOLUTION for cats I could not believe how quickly the fleas were gone and how happy and relaxed my cats are now feeling! I also received great help and education with my pond which saved the last of my koi and goldfish from dying I am extremely grateful that I have not lost any more of my koi since my visit to City Farmers in Midland I will definitely be back! Thank you so much for my 30% discount gift it was such a bonus!

Got overflowed with information which confussed and stressed the situation of buying a fish. Did not end up buying the fish

Large store with a wide range of stock for most of your typical pets.i. E. Dogs, cats, birds, fish and poultry etc. Multiple service registers so you’re never waiting long.

Staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Even the girl in training was spot on with her recommendations.

We generally come here for some toys or last min stock ups but this City Farmers has a real decent range of food options too. However they don’t stock M4M brands unfortunately.

The staff are helpful if not a little too helpful at times, they have a pretty good range and a few items other per supply shops don't stock

I just drove all the way out to this store today to buy some food for my cat. Got it home and realised all the food is almost a year past the expiry date. They would have made my cat sick if I didn't check the expiry date. So tomorrow I have to drive all the way back out there for a refund. BEWARE OF THIS STORE.
