The dog wash is closed in (good for lil runaways haha) being inside it's warm in winter, cool in summer
If ur a member u get a free wash every 10th

The staff were awesome, the pick up went smoothly and the website was pretty good. The only downside was some of the prices were expensive. Happy to recommend though.

I do come here regularly, staff are very helpful and happy to seek price matching with other Aussie retailers. I do find the cat food quite pricey but definitely of higher quality. Great store nonetheless and worth being a member!

Lovely store - great selection, service and they price match. Their prices aren’t the most competitive so do your research first then get it price matched.

Best pet ID tag ever! We have been using them for years and only need to replace them because of a change in address. I highly recommend!

So much pet stuff in one place but my daughter really wanted to see kittens and they had none at the time we went

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have spent lots of time on the phone and in person helping me with product decisions. All staff seem like they have been trained well and are all pet/animal lovers.

Great. Received very knowledgeable, in depth and focussed service about our pet's needs and how to best meet them. Only quality products to choose from too and they have afterpay making doing what's best for your pet really easy.

The store is new and clean. Very impressed by the condition of the dog wash. Well designed and clean.

I go there to get my blackhawk dog biscuits from there. Very helpful stuff. The guy with the blue eyes and medium lenght hair needs a promotion. He is very chilled and he really knows the products of the shop. Very helpful and always walks around asking if people need a hand with anything. I definitely feel welcome. Will definitely be back of course!

Extremely limited fish variety. Midland needs an Aquarium shop. The shop layout is generally uninviting. Not a place to browse.

Unfortunately limited supply of leads at the time of my visit however the staff where friendly and helpful.

Went there to look at their pet fun day event today which was fine, but all the staff were at the front of store not caring about the fact there were more than 10 dead fish in their tanks on the other side of the store.

When confronted about this, a team member went to investigate but refused to admit there was a clear shared filtration system causing the deaths and looked to be kicked off by a dead fish caught in one of the filters.

Don't buy fish from this store. I don't trust they take decent enough care of the fish or that they don't have anything that may transmit to the fish I have at home.

Stores Had a face lift, not as big as b4. But still better than better pets & gardens midland.

I usually like it here however the construction is super loud and makes my dog and me rattled when we are trying to look for new stuff. Its really hard to focus. Looking forward to it being completed.

Great prices and great customer service. With some brands If you buy cat or dog food and they won't eat it you can return it.can't beat that

Went in this evening and had the loveliest guy assist me! He was so friendly and helpful. Made what I needed so much easier. He probably doesn’t know how much I appreciated his kindness and honesty, but it meant a lot to me. Great customer service!
