Took mums dog in for his first professional grooming in his 11 years of life, what a difference. The staff were very dog oriented as mums dog is a little nervous at times. Came back to pick him up and he looked amazing. Comparing the cost to other local groomers, they were all over $40 more. Thank you groomers at Petbarn Midland, you did a fantastic job before and after photos.

Great result all round. The groomer, Krystal was lovely and did a beautiful job. I had built up a strong sense of anxiety around the grooming process as have been told numerous times that my little 8yo Shitzhu cross was too anxious and prone to nipping. When I went to collect him he wasn't quite finished and I watched, from a distance, as he responded beautifully to Krystal's grooming. Most grateful. Thank you!

Review for grooming department: I won’t bring my pup for his next groom again. I’ve tried it out and I’m not going to do it again.
He has never had a cut with such weird look. He’s sad, I’m sadder.
And he was charged a large where the other place he goes to always charges him a medium. And here it cost double what I have always been paying for him at other place.

General: Staff have been very friendly and service is nice.

Helpful lady there but unfortunately they don't carry the stuff we needed. Gave us a few other places to try, so all good

Great variety of products. As a member, monthly discount on my large bag of dog food. Pretty good price wise on other products. Very happy to be a regular customer.

All the cat food excerpt the one you need. Seriously (got hairballs? - tick. Is it a kitten? - tick, Adult normal - nup). Wonderful staff who know their fish though and are very helpful with that.

Went down for cat litter on sat about 330 at midland the lady who served me was so amazing instead of cat litter she sold me wood pellet she knew the product well I brought it home and our cats love it
