I have just hired a car for week from City car rentals. Service is first class, although they may not have an office at the airport there is a valet service that will collect you and take you their lovely office (which is close by) to organise your paper work. There are no hidden costs and they are friendly and upfront with every thing. I can thoroughly recommend them.every time I come to Perth I always hire from City Car Rentals. Their service is so good that I will never again touch the car rental companies at the airport. Thanks Brendan I"ll see you next time.

The service was up to expectations and they were prompt on the airport pick up transfer and paper work and were also prompt on the return transfer back to rhe airport. The only gripe i would have is even with total comprehensive insurance there is still a need to take a deposit which ties up up your cash flow and the rules state 30-60 days to unlock your deposit, that is a huge down side and may impede me booking with company again, we shall see.apart from that I have no complaints

Got a great price & the staff were great.
Pick-up & drop off to the terminal.
Car was lovely to drive. Powerful yet economical. Had apple carplay to use maps for easy navigation.
Would use them again.

We rented a car for 2 weeks and were happy with the car itself and the service. A couple of days after we collected the car, we noticed that the incorrect kms were noted on the contract and called the office to report this. They corrected it straight away. We were also pleased with the airport transfer. Will happily rent from them next time we come to Perth.

I would highly recommend City Centre Car Rentals, as the team are efficient and the cost is affordable.
Plus the shuttle bus to and from the airport at all hours of the morning for work was a huge help.

Only gave Brendon short notice on car hire, wich was not problem, once I arrive at Perth airport the shuttle bus to hire car only took 5 mins to collect me. I also extended my car hire by 5 days, both guys I spoke to were polite and understanding about my situation. Very affordable very professional car was clean when I picked it up and it was a late model vehicle for hire. Recommend to anyone

LOOKING for a hire car. Then you can't go past this company. This is the second time that I have booked with City Car Rentals and their service puts all the rental companies to shame. In rented 2 cars from may 27th 2019 to june 9th, 2019. The cars are in good condition. Also Great service! I will definitely rent cars from them again next time.
