City Centre Car Rentals

The Perth rental was at least 40% less cost than the major car rentals. Car was clean. Staff were very helpful. This company has free shuttle service to collect and drop off car. City Rentals is 10 minutes drive from the airport. Would recommend.

Staff are very friendly and helpful.they know how to look after their customers. Brendan is so great.their vehicles are in great condition too.

My friends, my wife and I are picked by a young man a d drive to the office. It is not in the city centre as the name of the company implied.

The business must have adopted a minimalist approach. When we walk in, we see only a counter in an empty entrance "hall".

During the process of compketing the poaper work, we then realise we could have booked through them directly rather than via an online booking hub.

The car we hire is not a brand new one. I take photos of every scretch on the car body in case any future dispute.

The car hire cost was good value for money. The after hours car pickup/drop off processes through Skypark were very smooth. They would ask you to confirm your pick up/drop off details via email the day before, and I really appreciate the clear instructions on the pick up/drop off processes provided in the email. The deposit was returned very promptly one day after the return too. Overall a very positive experience.

One of the easiest and friendliest rental place i have come across. The staff was very nice and shared quite a few local knowledge with me in terms of places to go and food to try. The rental process was also smooth and hassle-free. Car was clean and reliable for the journey i have planned with my family. Upon returning, the staff were also going the extra mile to stay later then their operating time for couple of the delayed flights coming into Perth, that is not what you see in many other rentals. Would highly recommend City Centre Rentals for your next travel.

Fantastic service. Picked up from airport by friendly staff. Got us on our way with little fuss. Car was clean and nearly new. Returned us to airport upon departure. Excellent company, great rates, will use them again.

We rented MG ZS (compact SUV) for 5 days and it was a good experience. Car is pretty new and clean. Service is great where I can easily reached out to them when I have any questions/issues. Brendan & Jeremy were very helpful trying to find rental options to suit our itinerary when there initially was no SUV available for the full duration of our rental, & also helped to rush the vehicle prep for our use when it was returned later than expected.

Have used quite a few car rentals in Perth as I travel there regularly for my holidays. Decided to try City Centre Car Rentals after a recommendation from a family member. Absolutely no regrets at all. They had a good range of cars available and all at a very reasobale price. They were also not very picky and were extremely flexible in the arrangements. Will definitely use them moving forward. Keep up the good work!

I needed to get my car fixed unexpectedly, so hired from here Saturday morning to Monday morning. The booking confirmation T&Cs mentioned a $500 hold (deposit) would be put on my card and returned 2-3 days after return. The manager who processed my pick-up confirmed this 2-3 days.

Returned the car Monday 9am, called Thur morning asking after that $500 as I needed it to pay for my car repair. After trying to feed me some story about it being the banks fault, they admitted that since they had been too busy with new car bookings they'd not processed returns from Mon until Tue. PURE GREED.

It's now Friday 4pm and the $500 is still unavailable. This means that I can't pick up MY car from the mechanic and don't have a car for the long weekend.

Only 2 stars not 0 as it was a good experience otherwise. Decide if you can go without $500 for the week before hiring from here.

I always rent my cars when needed for business or personal use from City Centre Car Rentals, the prices are great, customer service is amazing. The lady at reception is always so friendly and helpful, if I need car seats they always make sure they are the right fit. Highly Recommend

City Car Rentals were very helpful in all aspects of My Rental. Including Telephoning Me as to where to pick-up the Hire-car. The only bad thing was that My Rental Agreement had a Different Address on it to where the Hire-car had to be Returned, as I am very unfamiliar with Perth Airport and its surrounds it could have caused problems. My wife's Brother-in-law came to the Rescue and was able to direct Me to the correct drop-off Location.
