Had great service from City Centre Car Rentals, their price was very competitive, the car was what we wanted and was spotless when we picked it up. If we're back in Perth I'd definitely use them again.

Really unhappy that the $500 deposit takes up to a week to refund. It means I’m doing a 4-5 hour flight with no possibility of buying a drink or food. This is an Australian bank and visa.

Excellent service by the entire team at City Centre Car Rentals - from quotation to confirmation to multiple change requests before and during the trip, the team was patient, accommodating and, most importantly, swift and thorough in their responses. Special shout-out to Amber who addressed my queries and responded swiftly even during after hours. Besides, despite my ficklemindedness, Amber accommodated all the back and forth changes I had to make to my booking seamlessly and cordially which I am super appreciative of, and which made the entire trip much less stressful than I had imagined it to be (with a baby in tow no less!). Overall, pricing is competitive and transparent. Not to mention, an added bonus, the car we got was so new and so clean, we would have thought it had been fresh out of the car showroom if not for the mileage clocked! Albeit a humble outfit, this is certainty a top-notch legitimate car rental company which I will not hesitate to rent from again. For those who are concerned about the reviews and allegation of “scam” or whatever regarding the return of their deposit, such a concern is uncalled for. Yes, the credit card hold for the deposit did take a few weeks to be cancelled but please be reminded that the deposit (at least for payment via credit card) is merely a HOLD. This means that the deposit is not actually charged to your credit card which will not be reflected in your actual credit card bill until it is charged. So, honestly, I am not sure what the fuss is about? It simply reduces the credit limit of your card for a while - I mean… if this is a concern, then maybe you should be more prudent with your money and shouldn’t be travelling at all. Anyway, thank you Amber and team for making my trip to Perth a memorable and fuss-free one! My family and I had so much fun road tripping around Aussie and making lasting memories with your trusty little Hyundai. Thank you!

I have returned the rental car on 19 Sep 2023 in good order and the staff told me that the $500 bond will be returned within next few days. But till date the company has yet to refund the $500 bond back to me. To make things worse, they are not responding to my WhatsApp message as well. So please beware.

Car was really decent for a family with young kids. Pick up and Drop off was really convenient. Staff were efficient and friendly too. Price of rental was also value for money. Would highly recommend them. Thank you City Car Rentals

Friendly Staffs and Awesome service! Price is reasonable and much lower than other rental companies in WA. The car that they provided is so new and clean. I didn’t expect they have the latest model of Outlander but they are! Specially thanks to Vivianne provide us the professional and friendly services. Definitely will recommend to my friends!

Awesome experience. Hassle free and the car that we rented was value for money. The staffs are friendly and the transactions are smooth. Pick us up at Redcliffe train station and send us back to the airport after drop off the car on the last day. We arrived after office hours and the instructions for picking up the shuttle to the depot were clear and the driver was very courteous and helpful. Same experience at the end of our trip where one of the office staff dropped me back to the airport.
The depot is only a short drive from the airport, so the savings in costs (compared to airport pickup) were worth the small additional effort.
The car was clean and in good condition.

Really enjoyed the vehicle. Easy drop off. Pick up was a bit of a hassle (to be fair it was out of hours on 1st Jan, so was always going to complicated. Issue was the email detailing how to collect came while we were onboard the flight, so we were a little lost as how to collect).

After initial concerns re pick up and delivery, we were rewarded with a seamless experience. The staff were excellent, the car was in good condition and appearance, the price suited our limited budget.
When we travel to Perth in the future, City Centre Car Rentals will be our go-to provider.

Great professional service and our rental car was in perfect condition. Good communications made the pick up and drop off very quick.

Fast pick up from the airport (no unnecessary waiting time), taken to pick up point where car was sitting ready for me. Most of my paperwork had been completed on line just a few signatures required and off we went. On returning the car we were driven back to the airport in the car which meant we did not have to unload all our cases from one vehicle into another (great). Staff were very helpful and friendly, car was clean inside and out, and all at a very reasonable price.

Brendan and his team offers good and friendly service. Prices are fair and if you asked for advice, he will offer this freely. Cars are cleaned and checked before handover.
Reasonably good range of small and biggest cars.

The car was clean and almost new. Great pick up and drop off service from Perth airport (including after hours drop off). Price and service were excellent. Highly recommended.
