Easy to recommend Rachel and the staff at Chilli couture. Such a lovely salon. These very talented people are dedicated to their craft and it shows. In addition to this they are friendly, non pushy and easy to get along with. Special mention to Donna who is the friendly face that greets you always with a smile. I love getting my hair cut there and in the 2 plus years I have been going I have never been disappointed.

Chilli Couture is the most professional, eco/animal aware salon. The staff are amazing. So helpful and friendly. Chilli Couture's range of hair styling services are superb and their use of vegan/ cruelty hair care products is fantastic. I highly recommend Chilli Couture.

Oh me oh my. Tom Jarvis is a SUPER STAR! I will never go elsewhere, my kids have their hair cut by Tom and are the coolest kiddos on the playground, Donna will always find me a spot with Tom even when he’s booked out for months (which is usually the case). He takes every suggestion, request, idea no matter how whacky and pulls it off! My up-dos for events are mind blowing. TJ you rock! X

Wow! This was the best hair salon experience I've ever had All the staff were so friendly and helpful, and there is an amazing relaxed atmosphere. Tom restyled my hair and the result was amazing! It was exactly what I wanted and really balanced out my face, I couldn't have wished for more ^0^ I feel like a different person. My mom got a cut as well and it looks amazing, she's really happy too. Definitely recommend: 3

You would be hard pressed to find such a talented bunch of people on the entire globe. I never had a regular hairdresser until about year ago when I met Rachel. Now I am booking in advance and my hair is freaking awesome!

Exceptional service, friendly, knowledgeable and talented staff. Understood exactly what I was after and (due to my own bad timing skills) diligently worked away at my hair to ensure I could get away by a certain point with a fabulous style. To do this with a style that required lightening and dyeing on very dry damaged hair was nothing short of genius. I gush but it really was the best hair restyle I've ever had.

It is a high end, vegan friendly hair salon and they do a fantadtic job. Unfortunately, the prices are sky high!

Fantastic service from the moment the appointment is booked on the telephone through to the level of care when shampooing my hair and most importantly Tom my stylist who listens to my needs and understands my "Hair Goals" providing the overall result of freshly chopped head of locks!
