I have never been able to trust a hairdresser as much as Tom. Having curly hair can be really difficult but I love it every time Tom cuts it! Bangs and short haircuts are the biggest potential danger but I’ve done both with Tom and it’s sat exactly how I’ve wanted it without having to play with it for hours! Tom is best!

All the staff are very friendly and listen to what you would like done also they give suggestions. Enjoy my time there.

Tom is a truly exceptional hair stylist. He gets to know each client and is very skilled at giving them the perfect hair style based on their needs and his guidance as to what will work. You are very safe in his hands. As a result it is very hard to get an appointment with him. He has a following ; so book well in advance. You don’t get better than Tom

My second visit here and I’m so pleased with my hair. The team are so professional and really take the care and time to listen to your “goals” and map out a plan to reach them.

In my case, I have a particularly thick head of hair which is wavy/curly, fairly difficult to manage and has become increasingly impossible to make look any good without using a lot of heat. It also grows incredibly fast.

I discussed with Michael that I’d love to be able to wear it more naturally and reduce the amount of heat I use, which I was hoping could be achieved with a great cut.

The difference he has made is remarkable. It’s much easier to manage, looks great without so much effort, and I wasn’t feeling desperate to have the bulk cut out by the end of the 6 weeks I usually wait between cuts.

We’re now trialling stretching out to 12 weeks between cuts instead of every 6. I’m excited to see if it can be done. I also love the colour that Jordi has done.

I’d looked at Chilli Couture for quite a few years before coming through the door - really happy I decided to book in when I needed to change stylists.

Micheal is as funny as he is a great hairstylist! I haven't had a haircut in around 10 years as I had a not so great experience before. Micheal made me feel at ease the whole time and I love my new haircut. I still think Micheal should add therapist into his title!

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience today. Michael was great! Understood what I wanted and delivered as well.

Sinead took care of me today, and I absolutely loved my whole experience. First time in a hair salon, and absolutely loved it all. Absolutely wonderful service by Micheal …. I love my hair cut! Micheal was patient, attentive and meticulous - beautiful cutting skills - listened to what I wanted but also gave me expert advice on what would best suit my needs/desired look. I needed to cut my long hair as it was thinning out and we cut it about 10 inches and it’s the perfect length now with bangs that frame the face. I really appreciate how Micheal took the time to go slowly and build up the cut, checking with me at each stage if I was ok with the outcome. Now my hair looks healthy and I dare say even thick and bouncy. So glad I had my hair cut with Micheal. I’ll be back here when I’m in Perth next. Thank you Micheal - I greatly appreciate your wonderful service.

From the moment I stepped in to the salon Kate made me feel good about myself. Just a short 30 minutes of undivided care and attention (and a sensational hair treatment) I walked out feeling like a bit of a new woman tbh! Thank you Kate. You made my day.
