Michael was truly great - he listened to my hair concerns, then approached the cut so carefully, tailoring it to my face and even my head shape (it's a very short cut). I've been disillusioned with hairdressers for years and years, but Michael has restored my faith with literally the best haircut I've ever had. THANK YOU and see you next month.

Tom was exceptional- really appreciated the guidance in regards to what colour, cut and style would suit my hair. Service, experience and result were all fantastic.

I saw jordy for my first appointment and I was happy with the honey blonde highlights.
The second time I came I wanted more foils. I ended up with green and blue on my hair. I got told that maybe it was a product I was using to cover my root greys on top of my hair, which I thought it was strange as I also had green on my lower ends. To cover the blue and green tones she suggested the apprentice to use a red to cover it up. It worked yes! But I ended up with blonde and red all over. I paid 150 for it! I have waited nearly a month to do this review as I truly thought it was my fault for using the other product. But nah I went to see another hair dresser and told her and she fixed it. It looks so professional coloured. It's disappointing as you guys don't take care of your client as you should.

Fabulous hair salon… friendly, professional and they all make you feel so special … you’re not rushed through like at other salons… you are made to feel important. I had a wonderful treatment to sort out a problem I was having… which was rectified. I also had a totally new hair style and I’m very happy with the result. My stylist Jordy was absolutely fabulous. Firstly, Coffee, a good start. Tthen it was time for an awesome head massage. Things were really looking up.
Soon after Michael weaved his experienced, confident, kooky and organic style of cutting that just ticked every one of my boxes and blew me away.

Chillie Cotoure used to be well known not only for exceptionally good stylists but the exceptional customer experience. The passion of the ex-owner, Rachel Waker, for what she did and her magic touch made many customers like myself to be regulars despite the travel.
It is unfortunately becoming another commercial mediocre salon. What a waste…

What an amazing customer service! Both Tom (who did the colouring) and Michael (who did the styling) were incredible, professional and will make you feel very welcomed! When I initially came in someone else did my hair and I wasn’t quite happy with the results but what they did to fix it, I was just so amazed. They were very accomodating and understanding of what I wanted to achieve! All of this was for no charge as well as the complimentary styling! I’m so so happy with the results and had one of the best hair salon experience:) I cannot wait to be back again!

The service was fantastic, as soon as I walked in the door I felt welcome and relaxed. It was incredibly easy to make an appointment. Got a real cute haircut, staff was nice even at the end of what looked like a long, long day, and an uber was ready a second after because of its easy, convenient location.

I really enjoyed my appointment, and I'm delighted with the results of my trim and colour. Jordy was very friendly, and was highly skilled in the way she managed my curly hair. I was particularly impressed with the way she styled it at the end of my appointment - it looked stunning when it dried. I have been to a so-called "curly hairdresser" in the past who did a very poor job in comparison. I will most definitely be returning to the salon in the future. Thank you)
