DO NOT RECOMMEND. My daughter had an awful experience with a female Dr today. I rang the practice to alert them to this and spoke to the Practice Manager Alicia who sounded like she was not interested in taking this feedback onboard - although she thanked me for it, like I was being a Karen. I'm sad that my daughter who was already feeling vulnerable left feeling awful and in floods of tears. Completely unnecessary and totally out of character for my daughter. Not good enough.

I followed Dr Tabriz from his previous clinic. He's amazing and so very thorough. I never mind waiting to see him as I know I will always get the best attention and advice.of late I have been doing fone appts and although I have to wait, I know I will be looked after 10/10 for Dr Tabriz

Caralee medical center have really gone above and beyond in helping me with my health needs.
Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a great medical center

Easy to book, great communication, appointments on time - just a good as possible experience you can have visiting a doctor's clinic.

Was there today for my covid vaccine and the experience was bad. Reception was great hence 2 stars but this old covid nurse there was shocking. She definitely needs schooling on hygiene and cross contamination. She also needs to work on her people skills.

Called medical centre for appointment with my doctor Dr Bhamjee and the person that answered the phone was very rude to me. I will never go to that medical centre again.

Paid $50 for a 46 second phone call to get my prescriptions sent to my pharmacy. Never had an issue before this - apparently I am not eligible to be bulk-billed anymore? The whole process was long and arduous though - took several calls for them to sort out payment. Not happy, taking my prescriptions and going elsewhere thanks.

When you walk in the reception staff, Maddy is very helpful and friendly and the doctors amazing.

Myself and my wife have been going to caralee medical centre for almost a year now to see Dr Yusuf Bhamjee. Although this practice is about 30 mins from our house but we couldn’t find a better GP than Dr Bhamjee. He is probably the best GP we could find who has immense experience and gave the right advise especially for fertility.
In our opinion, he is as good as (if not better) a fertility specialist that normally costs you an arm and a leg for a basic consultation.
I would highly recommend him for any couple who is trying to become a parent for the first time.
It’s rare to see a doctor so good who connects to his patients and understands their pain and provide not only prescription drugs but also great advice as well.

Was Dr Barnes having a bad day today? Cold and rude, hardly a rapport to build with patients. Won't be booking with him again. Doesn't even deserve one star!
If he can't reciprocate respect he should think of retiring.

I've been going to Caralee MC for 2 years now. The Drs are good, especially Dr Barnes. He's the best Dr I've ever had. He really knows his stuff.

SO BAD, don't come here if you are not patience, i arrived at exact time, now i had to wait half an hour, then i had the worse doctor, he doesnt even care about patient, really disappointing.please go another place, this Medical centre shouldn't exist.

I have been a patient of Caralee MC for over 3 years and I am very happy to continue to do so. The doctors are very experienced and caring.

Made a booking and arrived 10 minutes early. Waited an hour and a half before walking out without seeing a doctor. Walk-ins went in before me. Not good enough by any stretch of the imagination. Local and a first time patient lost. Its lucky I can't charge you my day rate for the inconvenience

I thought I had Mumps. I was given an early appointment and I received excellent care. The nurse was very informative and the doctor was also good. I have been in private practices before and they just push through too many patience. Would recommend the clinic to anyone. Thankyou
