I will never set foot in this practice again after waiting to see the nurse for my sons 18 month vaccination we waited 1.5 hours after our appointment time which is not the first time this has happened. It always seems they are booking too many people in all the time.

UPDATE:
Went to the naturopath in the markets with my blood test result and they confirmed my bloods were saying what I thought and DR MARISSA refused to do follow up tests. She is known to be an evil natural path practitioner. Any natural path do your own research. She is known in the industry to keep you sick to keep her pockets lined with cash. She is legit taking advantage of the most vulnerable and it needs to be stopped!

If you want your doctor to listen and not give you an attitude. Do not come here! These doctors will keep you sick to keep you coming back. Marissa refuses to do tests unless they are standard. Asked for a referral was told it was done but haven’t heard anything that was over a week ago! Use this doctors surgery for a last resort. Do not make it your go to.

Dr marisa was rude and doesn’t seem to care about me as a patient, I’ve been here twice and both times I have came in to see her she has just given the impression that she wanted me out of there asap without wanting to hear my problem. I had to beg her to let me get a scan and an antibiotic for my infected ear piercing, will not be going back to her or to carmaker medical group. I don’t recommend this place at all

Booked as a bulk billed appointment via health engine and drove 45 mins as it was the closest same day appointment available. Upon arrival the receptionist was incredibly rude and said that my appointment was not confirmed and if they were to see me I would need to pay $70 as they’re no longer a bulk billed medical centre despite the massive sign out the front that says bulk billing.

Wait times everytime I've been here has been between 45mins to over an hour. Come here as a last resort

This place is way to busy to need my business, receptionists are miserable too, don’t walk in expecting to see a doctor unless you’re happy to wait 6 hrs!

DO NOT RECOMMEND. My daughter had an awful experience with a female Dr today. I rang the practice to alert them to this and spoke to the Practice Manager Alicia who sounded like she was not interested in taking this feedback onboard - although she thanked me for it, like I was being a Karen. I'm sad that my daughter who was already feeling vulnerable left feeling awful and in floods of tears. Completely unnecessary and totally out of character for my daughter. Not good enough.

Called medical centre for appointment with my doctor Dr Bhamjee and the person that answered the phone was very rude to me. I will never go to that medical centre again.

Paid $50 for a 46 second phone call to get my prescriptions sent to my pharmacy. Never had an issue before this - apparently I am not eligible to be bulk-billed anymore? The whole process was long and arduous though - took several calls for them to sort out payment. Not happy, taking my prescriptions and going elsewhere thanks.

Was Dr Barnes having a bad day today? Cold and rude, hardly a rapport to build with patients. Won't be booking with him again. Doesn't even deserve one star!
If he can't reciprocate respect he should think of retiring.

SO BAD, don't come here if you are not patience, i arrived at exact time, now i had to wait half an hour, then i had the worse doctor, he doesnt even care about patient, really disappointing.please go another place, this Medical centre shouldn't exist.

Made a booking and arrived 10 minutes early. Waited an hour and a half before walking out without seeing a doctor. Walk-ins went in before me. Not good enough by any stretch of the imagination. Local and a first time patient lost. Its lucky I can't charge you my day rate for the inconvenience

Only go here if you are desperate. This time the Dr whose been practising for 45 years I might tell you spent his time postulating and giving an opinion based on very little personal knowledge rather than listening and questioning. I just agreed with him took my script and got out of there. Then my daughter went in. She was also out in a flash the whole sitting room could hear him. Thank god it's bulk billed I would hate to think I paid for that rubbish. This is not a one of experience with this place. I only go there to get renewed scripts if you are actually sick go somewhere else.

Nurse dressed my wound incorrectly which impacted the healing process and made the wound worse. Even the local chemist was shocked. Needs training checked.

Doctor was great. A 2 hour wait is not. Suggest notifying patients ahead of time if you know you’re running incredibly behind.

Was there today for my covid vaccine and the experience was bad. Reception was great hence 2 stars but this old covid nurse there was shocking. She definitely needs schooling on hygiene and cross contamination. She also needs to work on her people skills.

Books an appointment at 11.40 for 12.00, somehow wait over an hour, would be only 1 star but they have free hot chocolates

I thought I had Mumps. I was given an early appointment and I received excellent care. The nurse was very informative and the doctor was also good. I have been in private practices before and they just push through too many patience. Would recommend the clinic to anyone. Thankyou
