I have been to several medical centers in Perth. In Carlee medical centers, from the receptionists to the doctors and nurses, everyone listens to you and takes care of you. Dr. Tabrizi is one of the best general practitioners I have seen in Perth.

I will never set foot in this practice again after waiting to see the nurse for my sons 18 month vaccination we waited 1.5 hours after our appointment time which is not the first time this has happened. It always seems they are booking too many people in all the time.

My mother had been struggling with a health issue that had stumped other doctors and hospitals for years. However, our experience with Dr. Tabriz was a game-changer. In our very first consultation, he accurately diagnosed her condition, bringing immense relief and happiness to our family. Dr. Tabriz's profound knowledge and professionalism were evident throughout the process. Additionally, the receptionists were exceptionally kind and accommodating. We'd gladly wait for a competent doctor like Dr. Tabriz.

Dr Tabriz is absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable. He cares and takes his time. The receptionist ladies are very friendly and do their best to accommodate all. Good Dr and practice are usually extremely busy.

This is a very busy clinic as it covers nearly all parts of health. The office staff, nurse, doctors are going at a full pace all day yet make sure you walk out understanding your issues and armed with the information to fix you problems. It is distressing to hear aggravated comments from other patients when who knows what is wrong. I've never seen anyone of the staff take a break nor show any impatience.
Definitely a place I have confidence in handling all my health issues and I thank them all for their care.

I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Mark Tabriz twice, and I couldn't be more satisfied with his care. Dr. Tabriz is not only thorough in his checkups but also a great listener, patiently addressing all my concerns.

His extensive knowledge and vast experience are evident in his practice, yet he remains incredibly humble and approachable.

Dr. Tabriz's friendly demeanor makes every visit a comfortable and reassuring experience. I highly recommend him as a general practitioner who truly puts his patients' well-being first.

I am so happy I have found this gentleman who I can fully trust as my GP.

UPDATE:
Went to the naturopath in the markets with my blood test result and they confirmed my bloods were saying what I thought and DR MARISSA refused to do follow up tests. She is known to be an evil natural path practitioner. Any natural path do your own research. She is known in the industry to keep you sick to keep her pockets lined with cash. She is legit taking advantage of the most vulnerable and it needs to be stopped!

If you want your doctor to listen and not give you an attitude. Do not come here! These doctors will keep you sick to keep you coming back. Marissa refuses to do tests unless they are standard. Asked for a referral was told it was done but haven’t heard anything that was over a week ago! Use this doctors surgery for a last resort. Do not make it your go to.

My visits to attend appointments with Val and Doctors who operate from Caralee Medical Centre have always been positive. Care and attention to my health has always been conducted in a warm and professional manner. I recommend people consider this service as an option when requiring medical services

Dr marisa was rude and doesn’t seem to care about me as a patient, I’ve been here twice and both times I have came in to see her she has just given the impression that she wanted me out of there asap without wanting to hear my problem. I had to beg her to let me get a scan and an antibiotic for my infected ear piercing, will not be going back to her or to carmaker medical group. I don’t recommend this place at all

Very professional, treats people with respect. I get looked after really well by Dr Nicholas whenever i have health issues.
Will highly recommend.

Booked as a bulk billed appointment via health engine and drove 45 mins as it was the closest same day appointment available. Upon arrival the receptionist was incredibly rude and said that my appointment was not confirmed and if they were to see me I would need to pay $70 as they’re no longer a bulk billed medical centre despite the massive sign out the front that says bulk billing.

All of the staff at Caralee Medical Group show the utmost care in attending to the needs of their patients. We recently visited and we found the reception staff and Dr Tabriz to be fantastic. Thank you.

Wait times everytime I've been here has been between 45mins to over an hour. Come here as a last resort

I just want to say thanks to the nurse at the Medical Centre.

I visited the Caralee Medical Centre this week and I was impressed with the reception, the same nurse then took me to do a test, explained everything very clearly, and then cleared a seat for me to wait for the Doctor.

The same nurse had called me up a few weeks ago, encouraging me to visit face-to-face. I was glad to note that the nurse had spent effort understanding patients and working out a plan for them.

Well done, you're doing a fantastic job! Caralee is so blessed to have you.

I just want to say that my wife saw Val, the nurse, and my wife was RAVING about how good Val is and how thorough, gentle, helpful and patient Val is. And my wife has never raved about anyone so this means something. So now I want Val to be my nurse for my annual check up. My faith in humanity has increased.

We followed our family Dr from Harrisdale Medical. As the reviews say, yes there is long wait however you can’t put a time on patient care. I don’t mind waiting as I know that when my appointment comes I won’t be rushed by my Dr. Dr Mark Tabriz is the only Doctor I trust with myself and my family’s care. He is kind, compassionate and listens and doesn’t just write you a script and rush you out but tries to get to the bottom of the issue. Thank you to the staff and Dr Tabriz for always looking after us

Great……. If you enjoy waiting over an hour for a scheduled appointment. Unfriendly reception staff too.

Make an appointment….
Then run late at least an hour and you won’t have to wait as long in reception

This place is way to busy to need my business, receptionists are miserable too, don’t walk in expecting to see a doctor unless you’re happy to wait 6 hrs!

Doctor was great. A 2 hour wait is not. Suggest notifying patients ahead of time if you know you’re running incredibly behind.
