Broome Caravan Park reviews
55On the positive side the park was approx 10 minutes from both Cable Beach and town centre, some sites have cement slabs and shade. On the negative side we were warned to lock up because of the nocturnal visits of the locals, in fact while we were there they frightened a single female camper resulting in a visit by the police. The park need better flood lights and a perimeter fence with locked gates to discourage this. Also it would be a lot better if all roads were sealed as it was very dusty when cars went by.
Dog friendly. Can get ya dogs bathed there via mobile dog wash. Clean tidy. Comes with a great pool
So friendly and accommodating. Arrived without a booking and they found a site. Repairs required on our van and they were able to extend.
Very big park well laid out good facilities with a huge swimming pool and grassed area only 7ks from Broome
Have visited this caravan park for 3yrs running. Stay on slab or little stone sites only, with awning out on the left because of wind.
Bathrooms are OK, needs more hangers for towel & clothes.
Only 3 washing machines & 2 dryers available in June 22.
Pool great. Being just out of town great.
Camp kitchen less than basic. Now Summerstar have bought Broome Caravan park it NEEDS a good camp kitchen, RAC have large very well equipped & useful camp kitchen.
Booked site 3 months before. Site smelt strongly of sewerage. Concrete parking pad had 9cm lip which was a constant trip hazard. One washing machine for whole park.
I toilet block closed and the other had no soap, potholes in the road. Not much to like about it. We did love Broome itself though.
Worst Caravan Park we have ever stayed in. Hardly any shade for the kids to play in, no shade cloths over the pool, we weren't allowed to camp on the grass sites so we had to stay on gravel. The amenities were out dated and we left after one night.
Great place to stay. It has a tranquil feel about it. Very large property, room for many many caravans. I have already extended our stay. I'd stay again if visiting Broome.
Great park plenty of room it's a huge park with a lovely cafe on site. Great amenities close to the beach and Zanders on the beach for a meal and a drink to watch the sunset
Arrived and completely underwhelmed. Staff helped heaps before arrival. Arrived and was place on a gravel site close to the highway. Requested to be moved to a grass site and was denied due to being reserved for long term campers that weren’t arriving for another month.
We’re placed in a concert jungle. Not suitable for a family with 2 kids
The park is mostly concrete and gravel. The pool is uncovered and there are almost no trees for shade. Even though there where 15+ free grassed sights we could not stay on them (no watering or maintenance was been done). Staff unfriendly and at times rude. We moved to another caravan park and they refused to refund us.
The worse site I have ever stayed
I stayed here many of times over the years I lie location as close smell of fresh sea air camp site are great toilets blocks are clean maintenance of everything well and staff are amazing very helpful when need some assistance ️
Love this park. Jayne is just a delight, helpful friendly and great to have a chat with. This is the first wet they have remained open and at $25 per night, the bargain of our trip. The park is only 5 minutes out of Broome and we felt completely safe for our entire stay. The pool is huge and brilliant for a swim to cool off. We were there during the monsoon in 2022 and our site remained dry and secure. Would love to see fly screen doors on the toilet entrance or commercial bug zappers to reduce the number of flying insects and bugs that occur during the wet. A great park well worth a look.
Fabulous. The huge pool reminded me of the ones in resorts. It has waterfalls and a lap area; so relaxing.
Lovely friendly staff and clean amenities. Hope to stay again sometime.
Excellent management. I recently have had the pleasure of dealing with the owners of the caravan park who were professional and a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend your next stay is here when passing through Broome. Thanks Jayne
Loved our experience at Broome Caravan Park. The cabins are neat and tidy with all you need to feel right at home. The staff are friendly and helpful especially Jayne the manager
The pool is clean and spacious.
Friendly staff, large lots and plenty clean bathrooms with hot water. Family friendly areas and lovely pool.
My husband and I spent several nights here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help us. The facilities, although well worn, where in fact always very clean. I would highly recommend this park to anyone travelling north.
ABSOLUTLY beyond expectations. Staff amazing. Site amazing trees amazing v pool wow factor. Cafe awesome. Recommend highly. And will be back
