I recommend you avoid this business at all costs.

We hired a Prado from Broome Broome to tow our caravan to Perth. When collected the car smelt of cigarettes, was filthy and made strange noises when accelerating. 50kms into our journey the car broke down leaving us in a very inconvenient situation. When contacted they advised us to take the car to a mechanic. At no point did anyone apologise for the huge inconvenience of costing us half a day travelling and having to store our caravan. In further dealings with the owner he was aggressive, rude and misogynistic. He took no responsibility for the car’s roadworthiness, saying “We’re just a rental car company, we’re not responsible for what the cars do”.

I do not recommend this business, go with a reputable business such as Thrifty.

We rented with them in April to go up to Cape Leveque. It was an excellent experience. The car was brand new, the staff member who greeted us at the airport was delightful and explained everything thoroughly. Returning the car was also straightforward and all charges were as expected. I'm looking forward to my next trip and renting from them again.

Rented both a Prado and an i30 through them. Each time the service was great and clear, and vehicles in good condition. They also have decent advice on the sights around Broome.

Take the initial price and triple it! They keep adding more and more terms & conditions that triple the price.

Wonderful support from staff. We rang and they came and collected us from our resort to the agency. Normal conditions of rental only concern was the 100k a day limit. When we were in an area where sights are some distance apart. Car was great and service excellent.

I recently booked a rental car through Broome Broome Car Rentals and then had to cancel. Whilst I didn’t get to drive one of their cars, my experience with their customer service was outstanding. Extremely friendly, efficient and accommodating. Their prices are also very affordable. I was referred to them by someone else and would not hesitate to contact them once again should I need to hire a car in the Broome area. Highly recommended

Saw a flyer at my hotel advertising a wet season deal, $30 a day for a town car! Called up and had my car just a few hours later. Considering the airport shuttle from Cable Beach is $15 and a taxi from Broome to Cable Beach is $20, it made sense to pay few dollars extra to have a hire car for a whole day and get out and see the sights around Broome. I picked up the car from the office (nearest bus stop is the Visitor's Centre) and dropped it off at the airport. The drop off location is a few minutes walk from the airport but in the heat I decided to park right at the short term parking directly in front of the terminal (2 hours free), check-in, then drive into town for a mango smoothie begore dropping the car off. The service was great, the car was an almost new Toyota Carolla (I had expected a tiny, older car for the price!)

Love Broome Broome Car Rentals, they can take you anywhere, and somewhere as isolated as The Kimberley that's pretty impressive. They booked my car, tours, accommodation - they did everything!

Asked for a quote. Gave specific details with dates and times. Quoted one price and said I would confirm within the hour and would the quote still be available. Yes they confirmed. When I called back 30 minutes later the price had gone up and they would not honor the first quote as they admitted they had made an error with the details I had given. Decided to go through larger company which was ultimately cheaper. It was a shame as I love to support smaller businesses rather than going through the bigger corporations but they wouldn't budge on a 1 1/2 hour drop off time THEY had mixed up.

Absolutely fantastic rental car agency right in town with an excellent selection of cars to choose from. Very friendly staff that pick you up and drop you back to the airport - highly professional and Highly recommend

Rented a great 4x4 from the team at Broome Broome! They picked us up from the airport and dropped us back when we had finished. Great car perfect for driving along Cable Beach for some beers watching the sunset and fair prices too

We rented a FJ Cruiser for a week recently and have nothing but praise for Broome Broome. Our windscreen got a massive star from gravel kicked up by a caravan. Broome Broome got this fixed for us at a huge saving instead of having to replace the entire windscreen. To top it off they gave us a lift to the airport when we dropped off the car. Highly recommended.

We were in Broome for the day off the Pacific Eden. Broome Broome Car Rentals are a short walk from where we got off our shuttle bus & were very friendly, helpful & quick to get us into a car for the day!

Superb service! Bryce went far above and beyond supplying an excellent new 4WD vehicle, he connected us with Ed at InStyle Adventures and helped organize our whole 10 day Gibb River Road trip. Then he tossed in a great fridge - much used and much appreciated! I have no hesitation in recommending Broome Broome.

Their scooter hire was quite cheap, 6 PSI in the tyres just about killed me at the first corner though. Double check their bikes first.

Excellent professional and friendly service with pick up from hotel. Great 4WD offered to explore the Dampier peninsula. The FJ cruiser was perfect, comfortable and kept cool inside even when left in the sun. Thoroughly enjoyed our self-drive experience and hanging for more again next time
