Very pleased with the service here. Broome Broome offered to help us out of a problem. We had a car booked through booking.com that we had paid for in full, with confirmations, yet there was no car for us when we got here. Don't use booking.com. Thank you, Broome Broome, for your kindness.

Couldn’t rate this company higher for rentals in Broome. My partner and I had planned to rent a car for just one day but ended up renting another due to the great service & very affordable pricing. The staff are all super friendly and they offer a complimentary pick up/drop off service which is very convenient.

Great service and the best prices in Broome. Staff provided great support and were very helpful and nice. We rented a 4WD, it was pretty new model, it was spotless and ran so smooth even on corrugated road. Totally recommended

Excellent experience. Hired a small 4x4 last minute with extremely competitive prices (cheaper then a large national hire company's hatchback). Our vehicle was brand new, spotlessly clean and perfect for sunset drives on Cable Beach. Highly recommend and glad to support a local business

We called on the day and were picked up within 10 minutes, we were taken back to their office where all the paperwork was completed and within 45 minutes we were on our way. It was the same when we dropped the car off a great service.

Dont book here. I booked online apon pickup i was told i had no booking even tho i had confirmed email from carflexi.com.apparently carflexi.com is a scam site snd thay have no dealings them. Thanks for a disappointment on our first day in broom. Never come again

After arranging a scooter for a Saturday pickup through Broome Scooter Hire, only to find out when we arrived that they aren't open weekends, these guys saved the weekend. Open over the weekend and reasonably priced, new scooters. Will definitely be using them every time now.

We asked for and had the beach pack, which includes Esky, beach umbrella and fold out camp chairs.

Recently hired a car through Broome Broome and found the product and the service excellent - from the phone contact when I made the booking, through to the pick up at the airport and drop off afterwards. The car was clean, very reasonable (especially as it was peak time for rentals) and what you would expect from a professional hire outlet. I wouldn't hesitate to use Broome Broome - thank you!

I rented a Prado from this company many years ago. The vehicle broke down in the Mitchell Falls National Park.

Upon subsequent inspection, it turned out that the vehicle was previously fitted with a bulbar. When the bulbar was removed from the vehicle, the bulbar bracket inside the chassis rail was left behind. The bracket had rubbed through the radiator tank and caused a loss of coolant, engine overheating and without warning a catastrophic failure of the engine.

No one should rent a vehicle from this company. There is a reason this company does not have its Terms and Conditions of Rental on its website or when you book a car: the rental agreement violates Australian Consumer Law (ACL). I have posted it for this review.

Under the ACL, this company has a legal obligation to provide a vehicle that is fit for purpose, free from defects and durable for its stated purpose; and not violate consumer guarantees, make false or misleading representations, engage in bait advertising, or engage in misleading and deceptive conduct.

Very uncomplicated and super friendly with local tips - can definitely recommend it. Was fun, we hired a car and a scooter!
