BIG4 Emu Beach Holiday Park

This was our first camping trip, not just as a family but as a couple.
Emu beach has just raised the bar for all care and and camping sites. We loved our experience here. From our welcome introduction, green and spacious Campsite and en-suite, to the quick and easy check out.

Amazingly laid out park with easy access to the beach. Our two bedroom apartment was spotlessly clean and felt like it should have cost much more than it actually did. An awesome place to stay.

Great park. Stayed here before but this time very overpriced.
We as grey nomads don't need the jumping castle etc etc but still get charged for all the bling.
Go to other parks that offer better prices for a bit of power and water.

One of the best parks we have stayed. Everything was so clean, staff amazingly friendly and the Parents room. OMG the parents room was like a 5star resort. It made it so easy to organise my 4 and 2 yr old.

Great park, clean facilities, plenty of activities, fully contained camp kitchen, lots of shady sites, beach access with walking/cycle path.

Sceptical about going to a caravan park but will stay here when next in Albany. Stayed in a family chalet it was renovated and I am a clean freak who could not fault the chalet at all. The grounds were so pristine and so were all the camping amenities. Location is awesome right on Emu Beach and just only over 5min drive to town.

Always friendly staff and clean. Note though is maybe tie up the TV remotes as little kids like to hide them and lose them!

Very family friendly park with a variety of sites and accommodation to choose from. Our kids loved the jumpy pillow and mini golf, especially!

Great holiday and very well kept park. Really pleased with our 1 bed villa, clean, modern and fresh. The best we have stayed in. A bit more space would be good so recommend the bigger villa is available.

Just off the beach which is stunning. Really good park and bouncy pillows for kids. Also, nice it's not too big as the kids can wander without being too far away. Coffee van outside reception serves awesome coffee.

Staff friendly and helpful with a little shop for the essentials like milk and toothpaste at reception.

I peak season it is very busy and there isn't a lot of room between plots so can feel a little cramped but a lovely atmosphere.

Great caravan park, well organised and maintained, tent sites are grassy and roomy with a fair bit of shade. The playground, jumping pillow etc are great for kids, as was the school holiday kids club! This place is right by the beach but still had good wind protection. A great cafe is nearby at Emu Point and there is a great walk/bike path nearby.
Only suggestion is that the lights from the toilet blocks be dimmed in the later hours of the night as they are very bright if your tent site happens to be nearby.

Large trees, green lawns, very well kept facilities.

Love this place, great staff and amazing facilities. The only downside is that the kitchen is quite dirty. I love how the site is always clean, would give five star but the kitchen near the entrance of the site ruined it.

We stayed here last week as a family of four with two kids aged 10&12 and had an en-suite site with our 24 foot caravan. The property is pristinely kept and the facilities modern and plenty to cater for a full house. The park has direct beach access via a track at the rear and is an easy walk along a sealed footpath to emu point cafe and beach. We will be back in the winter to enjoy the location and stay here once again.

Comfortable unpowered sites perfect of tents. Camp kitchen and amenities located conveniently nearby

$35 a night for an unpowered site on very uneven ground.dog barking all the time next to me.couldn't get out in the morning because someone washed their car and left it blocking the way out.people continually going backward and forward trying to get their vehicle in very tight spots.i have stayed in better parks for a lot less.on the up side ablutions are clean and receptionist is very friendly and helpful

We stayed at Big 4 Emu Point over the long weekend on a very large grassed camp site. What can I say this place is so well kept with beautiful gardens and lush green grass. We absolutely loved it! Staff were so friendly and helpful. Amenities are modern, very clean and new. Showers were always so hot!:) The kids had a ball on the amazing playground, bouncy pillow and peddle karts. Very close walk to beach. Look forward to our next trip.

Pretty cramped, shower floor turned green when showering. Nice things were the proximity to the beach and the bbq area. Expected more, especially for the price.

Very friendly staff, great immaculate facilities, large lawn area for tents rvs caravans, beautiful location with beach within walking distance. Toilets and showers excellent well maintained.
