BIG4 Emu Beach Holiday Park

Found the staff to be very helpful and friendly, park grounds are well maintained, camp kitchen clean and well appointed and ablution blocks to be very clean, would highly recommend this park.

The camp is tidy and facilities are well maintained. The grass powered tent site is generous enough and have a flat grounds. If you make this a campsite, bring fishing rod and bicycle to as there are a lot of place to fish and cycle around. 3 stars rate as I find that the place is too crowded compare to the number of facilities. Kitchen is a bit small and no freezer.

The most beautiful caravan park. Beach access, amazing camp kitchen and toilet/shower blocks are modern and clean! Highly recommended!

Loved our chalet with 2 bedrooms. Very clean and looked new. Everything we needed for our 5 nights stay. Beds very comfortable and warm. Certainly would book again. A short walk to the beach and about 10 mins to Emu Point Cafe.

We stayed on a big roomy site that was a hop, step and a jump to Emu Beach. Facilities are modern and kept very clean. Lots of lawn and shade. I noticed quite a number of families with young kids enjoying the 'kid things to do'. What's not to like?

Really nice grounds, well maintained and great location. Giving 3 stars as it's not a great place to stay with a young baby. Very noisy during the day, rooms really hot and stuffy, bedrooms right off the kitchen (made it difficult to make dinner once baby was asleep.

Stayed at BIG4 emu beach holiday park for three nights at a powered grass site, had a wonderful experience the holiday park was a very clean venue with toilets, showers, a kitchen (including microwave, two sinks, kettles, a burner and a fridge) it also included a lot of activities a balloon trampoline, bike hire, mini gold and more.would definitely recommend to anyone looking at having a relaxing time away with a calm an family friendly atmosphere.they also had plenty of information/places to visit with bait, ice and other things available for purchase for affordable price.

Great playground for kids of all ages. Dog off lead beach right out the front. Big family bathroom with a big bath, baby bath and shower.

Love this caravan park. Nice & clean with friendly, helpful staff, situated walking distance to beach & Cafe. Have been coming here for a few years now & each year there are more improvements. We book a caravan site with ensuite which is always very clean. Spoilt us for other caravan sites, this is our favourite! See you next year

I called them inquiring about an unpowered site for 10 people. The lady said she did not have any unpowered site until Monday, ok got it! I then asked if they had something smaller for 6/8 people. She proceeded to say and why would you want a 6/ 8 person site now - presumably after I had just asked for a 10’person site. I said is that for today she said your asking the same question. No it was not the same question! I initially asked for a site today for a certain number, after you said it was not available until Monday I then asked if a smaller site was available for 6/8 as initially asked for today. That is not the same question! Initially from the first question- You just said nothing available and again repeated nothing for that date either. I then had to ask if you could give me an idea when there is something available Instead of no no no.and being really unhelpful. Firstly you rudely questioned me why I had then asked for a smaller site and when I had said to you that it is not your business to question why I had gone form 8/10 to 6/8 person site you Rudely said yes it is your business and hanged up on me. No it’s not your business. I asked about sites available. I’m pretty sure your job is to let me know what is and what isn’t available. For your information I was inquiring for friends that were also looking to join us - they are 5 but you rudely and suspiciously questioned why I asked for 8/10 to 6/8 then hanged up the phone. Very rude and extremely unprofessional, Learn some management skills!

Very difficult to find fault with Emu Beach Holiday Park. Staff are friendly and efficient, accommodation is spotlessly clean, and the amenities are A1. As regular visitors, we wouldn't stay anywhere else in Albany.

A wonderful caravan park. Very friendly staff, superb facilities, and a high level of maintenance. Ablutions were very clean, roomy and functional. Laundry facilities wonderful. Lawns and gardens were always manicured and neat. Everything was neat and tidy. There is a mini golf, great kids playground, common room with TV, pool table and table tennis. Great camp kitchen, and gas BBQ all around the place which were always spotless. And they are building a water playground now as well. Well done to staff and owners. Highly recommended.

Fantastic park, especially if your traveling on your own in a caravan. Office staff and ground staff extremely helpful. The new toilets/showers are great (keep it up guys!) ground staff extremely glad to assist… Have no faults in any of the park and hope the new cabin area will be complete quickly…
Maybe a pool one day? Only joking with your lovely beach in walking distance. M & K

I remember calling half a year ago, and the lady I talked to is not nice and not helpful. I just called, and literally the same way a year ago, bot helpful. You guys are talking to customers, would be lovely if you guys talk nicely. Ladies on the phone are always rude. Oh yeah, Cindy is the name.

3mu Beach Big4 was probably the nicest park we've ever stayed. The spa chalet was super clean, an absolute credit to the staff and management. The bed was super comfy. The grounds were also well kept.

Without a doubt the best caravan park in Albany. Staff are so helpful and friendly, sites are roomy, ablution blocks are great and lots of things for children to do with more coming to the park next year. The walks to the beach and fishing harbour are easy and so lovely with a beautiful Cafe on the foreshore to visit, book early for this one as its often hard to get in but worth it when you do.

Our chalet was comfortable and clean. The spa was relaxing and the bed veru comfortable and able to watch tv in bed. The kitchen well equipped.close to all amenities

Well looked after caravan park, and very quiet in off season.
Nice amenities and a great park for kids; mini golf, jumping pillow, table tennis, pool table and a kids TV room.
Sites were ok, but could be improved - our caravan site wasnt level and also sat below the road level. And can't say I'm a fan of the concrete slab - would have preferred the green shade cloth site instead.
Recommend if staying with a Van that you try get the best site you can; The big ones at the rear beach side are the best.
Tent sites are quite nice
Staff were accommodating
Need to slow cars down more though - mainly from people staying in the chalets who don't have an appreciation of all the little kids riding around.
And I think the blind corner near the toilets lane 8 is very dangerous particularly for kids riding out onto main road without looking
