BIG4 Emu Beach Holiday Park

Very nice park but don’t come with young kids. Toilets are locked and the keypad is way to high preventing kids as old as 13 from going to the toilet themselves. Water park is great but worker wants you to wear green arm bands all the time. Understand the need for security but you need to NOT inconvenience guests,

We stayed for a week in December 2023. This is a fantastic park for young families with great facilities for kids. It was a bit noisy and congested for grey nomads like us, but overall, a lovely park in a beautiful location.

Great place to stay. Friendly staff, relaxing, clean and well maintained inside and out.
Will happily stay there again.
Only slight negative is size of chalet bathrooms. They're a bit cramped.

We’ve been on the road for 2.5 months (from southern NSW). Emu Beach Holiday Park was hands down our best experience yet! We had a powered, slab site set amongst immaculate gardens. Upon arrival, a lovely groundsman appeared out of nowhere on a small tractor (in the rain). We unhitched and he moved our (large) van into place effortlessly. Staff were so kind and helpful. Very neat n tidy. Great playground &water playground facilities for children. It's a bit tight on some sites to manouver large vans.but once parked plenty of space

Lovely and clean chalet big enough for family. Lots of activities for kids water park and jumping pillows. Large park well laid out, easy walk to beach. Park very well maintained a credit to the staff. Friendly service. Definitely would recommend.

Amazing place! The grounds are immaculately kept. Staff are so friendly and helpful.
I would give this park tops marks as I haven’t seen one as good. The groundsmen work hard to keep is spotless. Absolutely beautiful!

It has a fantastic upgrade & excellent amenities. Spent 4 nights on a powered site and enjoyed the neat and tidy sites. Pity last two days spoilt by an ant invasion. When reported no action plan offered, only advised that when weather changes this happens.

We recently stayed at a wonderful family apartment and had an amazing time! One of the things that really stood out to us was how clean the apartment was - it was absolutely spotless and we felt very comfortable staying there.

Our children had an absolute blast exploring all of the amenities, particularly the aquapark feature, jumping pillows and playground. They couldn't get enough of all the fun things to do! It was a joy to see them so happy and entertained throughout our stay.

Overall, we had an incredible experience and would highly recommend this family apartment to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and fun holiday destination. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the location was perfect, and the facilities were top-notch. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Was so impressed, from the welcoming at reception and ease of checking in to the cleanliness of the park and the well appointed studio apartment we had booked. There was so much to do at the park for kids and families as a whole, very impressed! 10/10 from us!

We had stayed at Emu Beach Holiday Park with our caravan several times over the past few years but this was the first time we had rented an apartment. It was beautifully appointed and gave us a great base for a memorable holiday. Highly recommended.

My family and I recently stayed at a wonderful family apartment and we had an absolutely amazing time! One of the things that stood out to us the most was how immaculately clean the apartment was. It was clear that the owners take great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, which made us feel comfortable and at ease during our stay.
The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed to feel right at home. But what really set this place apart for us was the aquapark feature, which provided endless hours of fun for both kids and adults. My children were absolutely thrilled with the jumping pillows and the playground, which kept them entertained and happy throughout our stay.
Overall, I can't recommend this place highly enough! The owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the apartment itself was simply perfect for our needs. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable and family-friendly place to stay, this is definitely the place for you. Thank you for an unforgettable holiday!

Have always loved this place, but it’s even cooler now with its water slides.
Feels like such a safe park for kids too, kids riding bikes everywhere and have never seen any drivers disrespecting speed limit. We and my kids had a fantastic time. Prices are reasonable and staff are really nice

Chalet was clean, well equipped and of practical design. Enjoyed our stay and will not hesitate to return. The staff went out of their way to provide safe and convenient parking space for my trailer. Thank you

Nice park, clean and all the other stuff. Our site was too small for our tent. Dog controll and noise controll could be more strict.

Awesome place for kids! Have so many facilities for them to move their body definitely. It’s a great place to stay for family and it’s really close to the beach
