BIG4 Beachlands Holiday Park

Stayed here in our van, our son and family stayed in a jacuzzi hot tub unit with three kids, this place is brilliant, park, kids park and facilities are spotlessly clean.
Staff are very customer focused and are more than happy to assist you in your stay.
Very highly recommend a cupla day here

Fantastic. Very clean and bed so comfortable. Pet friendly. Fully self contained. Very nice and will stay here again.

Nice place in the city so not a lot of extra space. It has everything you need. Great swimming pool and area for the kids and kids at heart. Worth while staying.if you want to be near the city and beach, they're just a few minutes drive. Infact you could walk to the beach. All good Jim

Does what it says on the tin. Decent value, good location, hassle free. Great play area for the kids, comfortable beds, functional kitchen, nice beach near by, plenty to see and do in the area. Cheers.

Excellent place to take the kids family friendly close to all amenities a definite come back too place for us

Staying here was nice, although there was a few hiccups with a couple of things in the room, staff were friendly, check in and out was easy, and amenities are great. Would love to stay again sometime.

Too much trimming and blowing over the weekend, traffic tends to stop and idle for long periods outside site 8 filling our caravan with fumes otherwise Great place

Clean & comfortable. Coffee ️ hit & miss though. Had to reverse to get out after we handed keys back couldn’t lift boom gate!

Had an ensuite cabin. Brought our dog along too. No fuss, place had everything we needed and maybe even more than we expected. It was the perfect place for us and our doggo. Great location too

Lovely, quiet and clean accommodation, well suited for families. Our son had an absolute ball with the facilities for children.
The pool certainly didn't feel heated and we would've loved for the water park to be enclosed - making it safer for little ones.
Absolutely thrilled with the villa, however when we booked it mentions air-conditioned, but it's only a small unit in the living area, so the bedrooms got quite stuffy at night - even with all window's open (just feedback, not in any way negative).
Looking forward to staying at more Big4's given their so family friendly.

Excellent location, lovely pool, playground, bbq area etc. Stunning clear, calm, beach just 200m walk down the road. Absolutely perfect for kids of all ages, & dogs allowed too. I did notice it's a bit of a hassle for caravans to get out of their bays when the park is full. You also do need to be aware of children running, riding, skating all around the park, mostly unsupervised.it gets quite scary at times. Not their fault though, they're just having fun on holidays & don't know the danger.

Thieves operate in the area so be careful with your belongings. Friend had their scooter stolen after thieves used bolt cutters in the night to cut a bike lock. Wish management would let tourists know. Not great service. Wont be back

Been here a few times now. Stayng at a power site at the beach end this time. Shower block could do with a renovation.
Lovely shady sites. Close to the beach, which is protected water and safe for little ones. Add pool and play ground and it's a great place to spend a week in summer.

Great place to come stay the kids love it. It has lovely clean roads and grass area for the kids to play on as well as a pool and play ground.

This place is so strict! We saw so many families get kicked out. You aren't allowed to socialise after 10pm. No low music, no gatherings of friends, no kids allowed to be up. No talking, no laughing. Everyone must go to bed at 10pm or be kicked out. So many upset families and children. If you want to enjoy yourself do not stay here!

We had a wonderful holiday at Beachlands. Our accomodation was amazing, our kids had a ball playing on the jumpy pillow, swimming and water play.

We have recently stayed at a few big 4 parks while on our travels and I can definitely say,
Would not recommend this place at all.

The reason for this is purely down to the customer service.

The staff are rude and any question is met with an answer that is almost hostile.

Do the staff not like their jobs?

The park was close to town and things you may need so that is why I gave the 2, purely on location.

Can't recommend this place enough to families with children. Awesome outdoor pool and water park, huge bouncing castle and play area. Facilities are awesome and very clean and the staff were also fantastic and always happy to help. I felt safe to let my kids roam around and everyone also staying there was respectful. Cant wait to return.

NEVER AGAIN.

On arrival my wife checked us in. Once having completed the check in that I was swiftly informed by my wife of the managers attitude and next to no personality.

The first topic of conversation between the other 6 family's we were there with instantly spoke about how they were greeted by the manager at the front desk.

They also are very happy to kick people out. Having called the police on one camp site when they arrived the officer mentioned to us "this happens all of the time with this mob (referring too the caravan park management) "

A Change of management for this caravan park would be a breath of fresh air.

Stayed here for two nights in one of their two bedroom bungalows which was very comfortable, clean and well appointed. Check-in was easy and we could park next to our bungalow which is convenient.
It provided a perfect base for our getaway from Perth and enabled us to comfortably explore the Margaret River region.
