BIG4 Beachlands Holiday Park

Not much of a caravan park, more like tent city, once you have been once with a caravan you won’t return, , very tight/small sites, your practically on top of your neighbours, cars parked everywhere, very uncomfortable caravan park, didn’t see many people in the camp kitchen and not surprised as it was disgusting, charging champagnes prices for a beer budget park, very dark - no lighting around park only on ablution block,

We were in a caravan, we had a concrete pad under peppermint trees and close to the amenities. It was also close to the beach and shops.

Great spot, close to beach, clean facilities, friendly staff and barista made coffee at reception

After having our TV and fridge replaced everything was good. Towels and linen were great. Cabin comfort. Maybe some lighting at night. Grounds need a tidy up.

This was great! A lot of street noise, but otherwise peaceful. We would definitely camp here again. The sites are spacious, grassy and shaded. The pool is well maintained, and everyone loves the bouncy pillow. The camp kitchen is large and includes an oven.

We have has a great time over Easter. Working holiday the cabins were very comfortable! Clean and beautiful towels and bedding! Fridge was a decent size! With a proper freezer for kids holiday ice creams! Very crowded but everyone well behaved:)

Great little caravan park! We have been travelling for over a year now and can easily say this is one of the best parks we have stayed at. The amenities, grounds are spotless the pool and playground are great for the kids.

Great stay, very kid friendly and facilities where clean and in good condition. The two custodians were very friendly and a down to earth couple.

We have been coming since Gavin owned, over the years we have observed the difference. Guest having more than 1 vehicle in and sometimes up to 4 or 5 vehicles. It should only be 1 vehicle when park is full. Plus the same people taking over common areas with their chairs, which stay there the whole stay. Also taking up more than their allocated site. Staff do what they can to a limited. You as owners need to make sure staff can implement rules and be backed up. Staff do such a great job, for the job they can. Really not enjoying stay anymore.

Nice clean cosy chalet. Amazing amenities for my daughter. Could not keep her out of the pool. Nice and close to the beach

Very nice location that is perfect for beginners campers. The only issue was that we were told no dogs were allowed during the Christmas period so we organised alternate pet accommodation. During our stay, there were no less than 3 dogs on any given day in the park.

Let's get our facts right between the staff so other people don't waste additional money.

No security!
Unfortunately we had a terrible experience.

One night we were woken by a group of 6 teenagers stealing our mountain bikes.

Woke up in the morning to find they had been though all the camp sites stealing whatever they wanted.

The location of the park allows for people to walk in and out of their own accord. No gates for protection.

Nice clean park which is a bit dated. Although the park is well kept and maintained. Some sites are a bit tight to get into, but assistance is provided there. One of the better parks in Busselton.

Lovely park for the kids. The private family bathroom was such a big help for our young children. The only down side is that water play area is right next to the deep pool. Really needs to be separetly fenced Besides this, it's a great small park and we look forward to returning again

A bit pricing compare to other places. Be careful when you drive to the end of the park. The fence from the pool just cover other side which is really hard to see other side. Kids always run wrong way after dusk which make me so scary. Need to put lights and convex mirror as well as replace the fence which clear the visual.

Nice place. But should be aware to leave your stuff outside your tent. I saw some of our neighbors lost their bikes and items that left outside. Better to lock our valuable items.

Great park for kids with bouncy pillow and playground. Would like to come back when it’s warmer to use the pool which looks great. There is a bit of noise from the road from traffic but easily blocked out by ear plugs.

First time stay at a Big4 and cannot believe the value.
Accommodation was spotlessly clean
Chalet was well fitted out
Shower has great water pressure)
Staff were friendly and helpful
About 200m from the beach, where dogs are welcome and CLEAN
