Small older park, friendly staff, short drive into jetty and cafes.
The showers need a good scrub! We used our van shower instead.
We were surprised it was a Big 4 park, but ok for a quick stop.

Came down for leavers and had our original site cancel just before we arrived these guys let us book and set up same day with no extra charge, the owner is a great dude and all the staff are brilliant. There is breakfast and dinner every day for a little but more $$ but it's worth it. I'd definitely recommend it in the future. There are showers, toilets, washer, dryer, power, and potable water available. The site is close to pretty much everything

We had a powered site ended up staying for 5 nights, sites were a good size and amenities were spotless. Park was 100mt from the beach and a 5min drive to the town, would recommend this park.

Very clean and bright room, the new owners are doing a great job to keep up with the standard that the park has been over the years, we’ll done, would recommend this to anyone staying in Busselton.

We stayed a bungalow and it was incredible. Great amenities, plenty of space for the five of us and close enough to all the action of Busselton.

Great place to stay, not too far from anywhere. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Everything was clean. We had such a good time we went back and spent a couple more days.

We’ve just completed a wonderful stay at Breeze Busselton.

The facilities are fantastic - plenty of fun things for the kids to do (pool, playground, jumping pillow, bike hire) with very clean and tidy grounds. The laundry was open 24/7 making it easy to put a late load on - which was ideal for us.

Our cabin was perfect - it was very clean and comfortable, plenty of hot water, ample kitchen supplies, comfy beds. We arrived late and amazingly, the staff had very kindly put the heater and lights on for us and closed the curtains.

The staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Breeze, Brusselton.

What a great park, the team are excellent great customer service, the cleaners do a great job, the ground staff do as well, i really like the drive through ensuite sites i wish more parks would have them, overall we have loved our stay here & would throughly recommend to everyone who is planning a trip to busselton to come and stay at this park

Facilities for kids are great. But the accomodation is very old and tattered. Wasn’t expecting much for 2 star accomodation but there was a terrible smell in our cabin and it wasn’t cheap. I’ll stick to an Airbnb in future. The powered campsites looked good too.

Perfect place for families, our 3 and 6 year olds loved being right next to the jumping pillow, splash and pool area.
Great location and perfect for my morning runs along the beach.
Great service at reception too!
Will definitely be back!

Stayed in the jacuzzi suite. Nice clean rooms, plenty of space. The beds were terribly uncomfortable, the mattress topper was lumpy and hard. There were a few items that need repair. The outdoor jacuzzi was nice, however the screens were ripped and let the bugs and bushfire smoke in. The park itself was quiet and well maintained.

Highly recommend resort. Great friendly nice owners and staff. House was excellent and had a really good time there. Food that was cooked for us was really enjoyable and made us feel like home. A lot of friendly people around. Would definitely stay there again.

Do yourself a favour and book somewhere else. I booked and paid months ago and when I arrived was sent away as they have no record of my booking. Came back later to argue the point and was finally let in. Another bloke with a paid booking was advised they had no room for him. They refunded his money (wow!) Cleaning is occasional.

We have just returned from a 3 night stay in busselton and had the most amazing holiday. My 2 year old smiled from ear to ear everyday we were there. We were put in a cabin directly opposite the playground, jumping pillow and pool. The ladies in the office were so helpful and made sure my double booking was rectified. Beautiful cabin, lovely park, lovely staff.

Caravan park rezone as as a resort this whole region was ripe with caravan parks a very popular holiday destination they are all still there but technically have to offer resort accommodation I'm not qualified to know what that means exsept there onsite caravans had to be fitted with bathrooms on sewerage that may have changed in the last ten years other then that bring ya dog get a tent site powered or not with communal toilets and showers right on the beach if the the tides weren't so neat this far south you would get caught out I found that the best prices were for 4 weeks not for permanent residency each extra day you pay for up Front Will discount considerably from my experience
