Beds N Dreams

My husband and I went into Beds N Dreams, Cannington just to have a look. We ended up buying a bedroom suite that matches our bed and two new pillows. The lady that served us, Carly, was incredibly helpful and gave us some great advice and a great price. Would 100% recommend Beds N Dreams and Carly for great service.

Very very poor customer service. Falsely explained the cancellation policy, leading to losing approximately $400, the excuse being 'the employee was new and may not have been familiar with the policy'. Prices vary all the time and it is clear that they have no care for the customer buying their products. Carly the Operations State Manager was horrible to deal with, a condescending tone I have not come witness to for quite a while. She truthfully had no ability or intention to find a solution which would have led to a larger sale had she held the basic skill of empathy. It is clear that the budget in the short term for her must be more important than future and growing business.
For one positive in this experience, the service in store from Becky was fantastic.

I will never recommend this company to any one else. Put the money into other brands with all round quality. Products are cheap quality, service below par and transparency in sale absolutely non-existent.

I urge the company re-evaluates the suitability of their state manager if they are searching for future sales growth. Short term mindset = short term business.

Sally at Cannington was amazing to put it simply. Her product knowledge is second to none, she knows what you need before you even know what you need. Always welcomed with a smile and genuine interest in what your needs are. Sally will go above and beyond for her customers, as I have personally found out. Sally you're an absolute champ, keep up the awesome work!
