Went in for a mattress and after talking to Ben I ended up getting a better one and couldn't be happier, highly recommend Beds N Dreams.

My partner and I were searching for a new king size mattress. We searched a few stores before we hit Bed's N Dreams. On arrival we found the mattresses we could never afford, but wanted to try, because.well why wouldn't you. Tina the sales person that assisted us understood this desire and showed us her favourites.
After living our slumber mattress fantasies, we got serious about searching for our new matress. Tina assisted us and showed us mattresses in our price range. Honestly, even the budget matresses were super comfortable, however we decided to go with one a little more expensive that we loved (which we purchased online afterwards due to us not having a move date on the day).
Tina was warm and friendly, knowledgeable and stayed with us in a non weird sales person way. Thanks for everything Tina!

Buyer Beware
We bought a mattress for +$1000 on Saturday 24/7/21 sales staff were fabulous. Not in stock, the store requested a delivery from their warehouse to the Cannington store. We were notified the mattress was available to pickup and which we did on the 27/7/21. A quick trip home and we unwrapped the plastic to discover a cringeworthy yellow stain on the underside. I rang the store immediately and emailed through photos of the damage. They responded today 28/7/21 saying they would not be replacing the mattress as it left the store in a 'good condition'. Staff in the store had no way of knowing that for sure, as it was wrapped/sealed in both clear and opaque white plastic. The product is not of acceptable quality to be sold and should never have left the warehouse. It is unacceptable to sell a stained mattress as 'new' and expect people to sleep on it! Please make sure you request them to unwrap the mattress in store and inspect the mattress in full! It is also poor form to not have a customer service team or head office number consumers can contact with issues relating to a store.
**Edit - Don't believe the sincerity of the response from the owner below. The Beds N Dreams franchise has been very difficult to deal with. They are not open to discuss any resolution and have been very dismissive of our claim. It was not raining on collection and nor did it rain the entire trip home.
Without viewing the stain itself, Beds n Dreams claim the stain is a water stain caused by clear rainfall. How does clear rain cause a dry yellow stain so quickly? How does rain get onto a mattress covered in plastic? How does rain get onto a mattress on the underside? I reported the stain within 30mins of leaving the store.
Beds n Dreams suggest they have 'rigorous quality control processes'. The mattress is supposedly manufactured in China, transported to the warehouse, stored, then transported to the stores. Is it not possible that a mattress be stained in that lengthy process or that a stain go unmissed due to human error? The mattress is partially wrapped in opaque (non-see thru) white plastic, you cannot inspect the mattress fully without unwrapping it first.
At no time did staff mention if we picked up the mattress our warranty would be void.

Kerri was wonderful. She showed me at good range of bedroom furniture from what I had said what I was looking for.
I was undecided on which one to pick and Keri was happy to price them all up for me.
There was no pushy sales. It was really nice and relaxed.
Most importantly Keri wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase.

We went to Beds N Dreams Cannington to buy a mattress, we were greeted with Keri who was extremely helpful and awesome to deal with. My partner and I couldn't decide on a mattress that will suit both of our needs, Keri made the recommendation to go for the Onyx Medium, which we both loved and bought. If you are looking for a mattress and need good recommendation from a sales person who is honest and know their beds, go to Bed N Dreams Cannington and ask for Keri.

Just purchased my second bedroom suite and mattress from bedsndreams and can not be happier! Sally is n absolute gem and would recommend heading in and seeing her for your next bedroom purchase
