Buyer beware. Bought a bedroom suite and it was delivered scratched. The mattress (RRP $5000+) was not soft, even though we asked for the softest mattress available. Got it delivered and it was hard as a rock. When we spoke to them they swapped it with the floor stock (which we agreed to at a discount) but even this was still was not as soft as we expected. When we discussed this again with the manager we were told it was a comfort issue and we can’t guarantee that. We ended up buying another mattress from a different store for a lot less, with the softness we wanted. The other store were more than happy to provide a 100 day satisfaction guarantee for comfort too

Very helpful staff who were honest and not pushy, just let us make up our minds without pressure.

So disappointed! We love the bedroom suite however, the mattress they sold us to go with it is so big that I need to stand on tiptoes to get in. It is also extremely heavy and making the bed is very difficult. In fact it takes 2 if us. I’m disappointed the sales person did not point this out. They seemed more interested in up selling the mattress in the pretext of comfort. We have now discovered the bedroom suite on display had a mattress significantly lower. Can I suggest you be very careful with this company as upselling the mattress may not fit or suit the bed.

Friendly and informative staff - not pushy. We had done research before visiting so already narrowed our choice down.

My girls were very specific with what they wanted and Ben showed us exactly what met all their requirements. He was patient explaining the different options and also explaining the differences between the mattresses as they tried on each one! We got stock delivered less than a week later where alot of the other bed companies had a backlog. The prices were very competitve too which is always nice. Ben is very knowledgeable, patient, and showed us superb customer service before and after sale. Highly recommend anyone to this store if you are looking for a quality bed and or mattress! Took my wife and I 6 months to decide on our custom made forever bed, we are so happy with our choice and can’t wait for our bed to arrive, Ben has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, he listened to what we wanted, gave us his professional advise and has been patient and honest with us from day one. Eric was totally amazing, his knowledge is second to none, told him exactly what we wanted in a mattress and he was all over it, showed us several options, asked us all the questions they were important and was so amazing my daughter bought a mattress too, thank you for your expertise, you are a fantastic person with exceptional advise

Mark was incredibly helpful and patient with us as we tried multiple beds, went back to beds and retried them again! We were able to pick up our bed same day & Mark even helped us carry it to our trailer. 10/10 service.

I browsed freely and when I was ready to talk a salesperson was close handy! I has planned only to buy a good mattress but Ben made such a good deal I got a bed too!

I had a great experience at beds n dreams. The employee Eric served me and was kind from the moment I walked in the shop. It was nice to know I was looked after but not being bombarded. He also recommended me a great mattress for what my sleeping style was. I would recommend this store and Eric to anyone looking for a new bed.

Agree on payment price, 5 mins later price change like some shonkey backyarder from a 3rd world country. Don't bother! They already ripping you off with high prices then to add insult by charging more at check out. Trying to help WA businesses and there you go.

My husband & I bought a bed set from Beds n Dreams Cannington & we were served by Emily. She was super helpful & patient answering probably about 100 of our questions. The bed set is beautiful & the service was beyond lovely! Would definitely recommend shopping here.

Very friendly service. Not intrusive or pushy. We knew what we wanted and were shown a few other options to compare. We Made our selection with no up sales or add-ons suggested.
